Claims (3)

  1. 다음 일반식의 순서적 배열의 반복단위를 갖고 파라-페닐렌 그룹 대 메타-페닐렌 그룹을 몰비로 19:1 내지 1:19의 비로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 고형 방향족 코폴리에스테르 카보네이트 수지.
    상기일반식에서
    R은 각기 방향족 하이드로카빌렌 또는 비활성의 치환된 하이드로카빌렌이고
    X는 0.05 내지 10이고
    R1은 메타페닐렌 또는 비활성의 치환된 메타-페닐렌과 파리-페닐렌 또는 비활성의 치환된 파라페-닐렌과의 혼합물이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다음 일반식을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 코폴리 에스테르 카보네이트 수지
    상기 일반식에서
    Y는 -OH 또는이고
    Z는 -R2또는 -OH이고
    여기에서 R2는 하이드로카빌이고 n은 5 내지 300이다.
  3. 과량의 디하이드릭 하이드로카빌렌을 이소프탈로일 할라이드와 데레프탈로일 할라이드와의 혼합물과 반응시킨 다음 생성된 디하이드록시 에테르 생성물을 포스겐 또는 디올과 탄산염과의 결합 가능한 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로하는다음 일반식의 코폴리 에스테르 카보네이트 수지로 제조하는 방법.

    R, R' 및 X는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
