Claims (2)
- 매독 병원체(트레포네마, 팔리듐 이하 TP를 칭함) 유래의 TP 항원을 지지체에 결합시킨 것을 고상으로서 사용하고 이 고상에 제1 반응으로서 피검시료를 작용시키고, 제2 반응으로서 표시항 IgM 특이 항체를 작용시켜 항 TP IgM 항체를 정량함을 특징으로 하는 매독 진단법.
- 매독 병원체(트레포네마, 팔리듐, 이하 TP로 칭함) 유래의 TP 항원을 지지체에 결합시킨 것을 고상으로서 사용하고 여러개의 고상에 제1 반응으로서 동시에 피검시료를 작용시킨후 고상을 2그룹으로 균등하게 나누고 제2 반응으로서 한쪽 그룹의 고상에 표시항 IgM 특이항체를 작용시키고 다른 그룹의 고상에 표시항 글로블린 TP 항체를 작용시켜 항 TP IgM 항체와 총항 T P항체를 동시에 정량함을 특징으로 하는 매독의 진단법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
