  1. 본문에서 설명하고 도면에서 예시한 바와같이,
    고압축(60)과 저압축(62)을 포함하는, 냉각 수요를 만족시키기 의한 냉각회로(12)와 냉각회로(12)의 고압축(62)으로부터 냉매증기를 인출, 압축시키기 위한 승압압축기(26)와, 냉매를 가열회로(14)로부터 냉각회로(12)로 귀환시키기 위한 귀환장치(72,74,32)를 포함하는 가열수요를 만족시키기 위한 가열회로(14)들을 포함하는, 가열 및 냉각수와들을 만족시키기 위한 장치(10)에 있어서, 승압압축기(26)로부터 송출되는 증기의 온도를 감지하기 위한 감지기(Th. s)와,
    승압압축기(26)으로부터 송출되는 증기의 온도가 설정온도를 초과할 때 가열회로(14)의 가열활동을 종료시키기 위해 감지기(Th. s)에 대한 감응하는 장치(38,40,42,44,46)등에 의해 특징되는 가열 및 냉각수요를 만족시키기 위한 장치 및 방법과 그의 제어.
