온수 보일러용 연소통
제1도는 본 고안의 전체 사시도.

제3도는 본 고안을 이용함 다른 예시도.
본원고안은 온수보일러에 사용하는 연소통에 관한 것으로서 연소시에 있어서 연소통과 고체연료인 연탄과의 접촉면을 최대한으로 적게하여 연료의 연소효율을 극대화 시킬 수 있게한 것이다.
종래에 있어서도 여러가지의 연소통이 안출되어 왔으니 이들 모두가 연소시 연소통과 연탄이 접착되는 부분이 불완전 연소되어 에너지의 손실을 가져옴은 물론, 그에 따라 연소시간도 단축되어 비경제성을 초래하였던 것이다.
본원고안은 이러한 상기의 제결함을 감안하여 안출한 것으로서 이를 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
보일러용 연소통을 형성함에 있어서 원통(3)내의 벽면에 횡방향으로 원주상의 돌봉(1)을 돌설하되, 원주상의 돌봉(1)이 나선형을 이루도록 절취(2)성형하고, 그 저면부에는 공지상의 받침턱(4)을 연설한 것이다. 도면중 미설명부호 5는 연탄이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본원고안의 실사용 효과면을 살펴보면, 원통형의 내벽면에 원주상의 돌봉(1)이 나산형을 이루도록 파상적으로 절취(2)함으로 해서 연소시 연탄(5)이 연소통 내벽으로 기울어져 벽면과 연탄이 접촉되어 불연층을 발생시키는 종래의 제결함을 해소함과 동시에 항상 연탄의 둘레가 대류되는 공기의 흐름으로 인하여 균일하게 연소되어 완전한 재를 남게함에 따라 자연 연소시 열효율을 극대화 시킬수 있고 또한 연탄의 기존 연소시간을 완전히 이용할 수 있게 됨으로 실수요자의 사용가치를 일층 고양시킨 신규유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 보일러용 연소통을 형성함에 있어서 원통(3)의 내벽면에 원주상의 돌봉(1)을 돌설한 통상의 것에 있어서 원주상의 돌봉(1)이 나선형을 이루도록 절취(2) 성형함을 특징으로 하는 온수보일러용 연소통.
