멜라민대 포름알데히드의 몰비를 각각 약 1:1-약 1:3의 범위로 하여 알카리성 조건하에서 멜라민과 포름알데히드와의 반응을 개선시키고, 투명한 멜라민-포름알데히드 반응생성물이 나타나면 멜라민-포름알데히드 반응생성물 고형분 총중량에 대해 완전가수분해된 폴리비닐알코올이 5-30wt%를 차지하는 량으로하여 완전가수분해된 폴리비닐알코올을 첨가하며, 반응온도를 80°-90℃로 유지시키고 반응생성물의 5℃ 물속에서의 수분허용범위가 300-1000% 범위가 될때 반응을 종결시키을 특징으로하는 완전가수분해된 폴리비닐알코올로 개질된 멜라민-포름알데히드 수지 제조방법.The melamine to formaldehyde molar ratio is in the range of about 1:1 to about 1:3, respectively, to improve the reaction between melamine and formaldehyde under alkaline conditions, and when the transparent melamine-formaldehyde reaction product appears, the melamine-formaldehyde reaction product Polyvinyl alcohol completely hydrolyzed to the total weight of solid content occupies 5-30 wt%, and then fully hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol is added.
