제3도, 제4도, 제5도 및 제6도는 제1도에 표시하고 있는 본 발명의 조정계통에 관한 표시도.

Claims (2)

  1. 본문에 명시하고 있음과 같이, 수평식띠톱기계의 공급을 조정하는 방법에 있어서 절단비율(η)을 일정하게 유지 해주는데 이것은 띠톱날의 공급위치가 피절단물 M에 접촉하고 있음을 탐지한후에 시간(t)에서의 횡단면절단길이(L)에 대한 계산에 따르게 되어 있고, 띠톱날공급조정장치가 띠톱날이 피절단물 M에 접촉하는 공급위치를 탐지하는 장치가 있고, 시간(t)에서 횡단면절단길이(L)를 계산하는 장치가 있으며 띠톱날의 공급을 조정하는 조정장치가 있어서 절단비율(η)을 항시 일정하게 유지할 수가 있고, 절단비율(η)을 일정하게 유지하기 위하여 띠톱날이 피절단물 M에 공급되는 공급속도를 탐지한 후 시간(t)에서 횡단면절단길이(L)에 대한 계산에 의하게 되어 있으며, 피절단물 M으로 공급되는 띠톱날의 공급속도탐지장치, 시간(t)에서 횡단면절단길이(L)을 계산하는 장치 및 띠톱날의공급을 조정하는 장치가 있어서 절단비율(η)을 일정하게 유지할 수 있고 띠톱날이 가능한 최소시간내에 피절단물에 신속히 접촉할 수가 있으며 항시 최적 조건의 절단비율하에서 공급이 되고 있음을 특징으로 하고 있는 수평식띠톱기계의 톱날공급장치와 조정방법.
