본 발명은 연결식 접지봉에 있어서 연결부를 보강한 접지봉의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 접지봉을 연결하여 함마로서 땅에 타입하면 피복된 동의 "인발"이 멈춘 절곡 또는 파열되는 결점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a grounding rod reinforcing a connecting portion in a grounding ground rod. 제1도와 같이 표면이 "너어링"된 강철봉(1)의 일단은 침(2)으로 형성하고 타단의 일부에는 강철봉(1) 외경보다 약간 가늘게된 세봉(3)의 끝단부에는 동 단관을 압착하여 외경을 크게한 끝단부(4)를 일체로 형성하여 강철봉(1)에 "너어링"된 표면에는 도전성 콤파운드를 도포하여 강철봉의 끝단부(4)의 외경에 꼭 맞는 동파이프(5)에 강철봉(1)을 끼운 다음 제2도와 같이 통상의 "인발"공정으로 침(2)에서부터 세봉(3)의 끝단부(4)까지 "인발"하면 경사부(7)와 내부 공간(8)을 이루면서 끝단부(4)외경에 꼭 끼워진 연결관(6)이 직선상으로 형성되는 것이다. 이와같이 연결관(6)과 경사부(7) 세봉(3)상에는 두껍게 피복되어 연결부를 보강하였고 강철봉(1)에는 얇게 피복된 것이며, 연결관(6)은 세봉(3) 끝단부(4)의 동단관과 결합되어 지지되고 있으므로 연결관(6)에 도시되지 않은 통상의 리드봉을 꽂고 함마로 쳐서 타입해도 경사부(7)는 파손되지 않게되는 것이다.As shown in FIG. 1, one end of the
