Claims (1)

  1. 본문에 설명하고 도면에 예시한 바와 같이, 서로 이격된 제1 및 제2콜렉터 엘리먼트와, 상기 제1 및 제2콜렉터 엘리먼트사이에 배치된 에미터 엘리먼트와, 투사되는 방사선을 측정할 수 있게 동작상 상기 콜렉터 엘리먼트 및 상기 에미터 엘리먼트에 접속시킨 전류 측정 수단으로 구성되어져 있고, 상기 콜렉터 엘리먼펄는 상기 에미터 엘리먼트를 구성하는 물질과 상이한 물질로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 물질들의 일함수와 원자번호는 상이하며, 상기 상이한 물질의 일함수로 상기 콜렉터 엘리먼트와 상기 에미터엘리먼트간에 접촉전위가 발생하여 이온화전류가 흐르게 되며, 상기 콜렉터 엘리먼트와 상기 에미터에리먼트의 원자번호의 차이로 인하여 에너지 준위가 높은 전자가 원자번호가 낮은 물질에서보다는 원자번호가 높은 물질로부터 방출되어 자체발생의 전류가 흐르게 되며, 특히 상기 콜렉터 엘리먼트 및 상기 에미터 엘리먼트간의 간격과 이 간격에 따라서 그 사이에 한정되는 가스량이 낮은 방사선장에서 이온화전류가 자체발생의 전류를 압도할 정도로 충분히 큰 특징을 지닌 광범위의 방사선 탐지장치.
