본 고안은 음극접지형 마그네트론에 있어서, 고전압측인 방열체 주위를 감싸는 고정판을 절연체로 절연하고 방열체를 절연지지체로 고정시킴으로서 절연상태를 양호하게 할 수 있도록한 마그네트론에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a magnetron in which a cathode grounding magnetron is insulated from a fixing plate surrounding a high heat sink on the high voltage side with an insulator and the heat sink is fixed with an insulating support to improve the insulation state.
종래의 마그네트론은 고정판과 분리되도록한 방열체가 직접 결합되었거나 근접되어있어 방열체의 날카로운 부분에 의해 절연파괴현상을 일으키는 결점이 있었으며, 고주파 에너지의 일부가 절연봉착제를 투과하여 외부로 누설되는 것을 방지하고 양극의 고전압부위로 부터의 감전위험을 방지하기위하여 마그네트론 을 완전히 도전성 및 도자성체로 차폐하여 마그네트론의 동작시발생하는 고열을 충분히 냉각시키지 못하였으며, 특히 송풍기등을 사용하여 강제공냉을 시킬 경우는 더운 공기가 고정판 외부로 완전히 배출되지 못하고 고정판의 내벽에 반사되어 마그네트론의 냉각이 불량한 결점등이 있었다.Conventional magnetrons have a defect in that the heat dissipating element to be separated from the fixed plate is directly coupled or adjacent to cause insulation breakdown due to the sharp part of the heat dissipating element. 본 고안은 종래 이러한 결점을 해결하기위한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 즉, 고정판(1)의 상단에 요오크(2)를 형성하여 이의 내부에 양극통(3), 자석(11), 절연세라믹(12), 필라멘트(13), 안테나(7)를 형성한 통상의 마그네트론에 있어서, 양극통(3)의 외측에 방열체(4)를 형성하고 이의 상단으로 특정한 고주파의 λ/4길이의 외측 금속원통체(5)를 일체로 설치하며 이의 내부에 안테나(7)를 감싸는 내측금속원통체(6)를 형성하고 이의 상단으로 안테나 봉지절연체(8)를 설치하는 한편 요오크(2)와 외측금속원통체(5)를 절연토록 이들사이에 절연체(9)를 형성하며 방열체(4)와 고정판(1)의 측면과 저면부에 열전도성이 낮은 절연지지체(10)(10')(10")를 각각 설치하여서 된 것으로 미설명부호 14는 가스킷, 15는 음극도입선, 16은 고압도입선, 17은 음극단자, 18은 절연물이다.The present invention is to solve this drawback in the prior art described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows.
