철강용 기화성 복합 방청제Vaporizable Composite Antirust Agent For Steel

본 발명은 각종 철제품의 해상수송 및 장기 저장시에 발생하는 녹의 방지를 위하여 분위기 방청효과가 우수한 몇가지 기화성 방청제의 방청특성을 복합적으로 이용함을 특징으로 하는 철강용 기화성 복합 방청제에 관한 것이다. 종래 철강용 기화성 방청제는 디이소프로필암모늄나이트 라이트(diisoprpylammoniumnitrite)를 비롯한 디사이크로헥실암모늄 나이트라이트(dicyclohexylammonium nitrite)등과 같이 단일화합물을 주로 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 각종 기화성 방청제로 사용되는 당일 화합물은 한정된 방청특성을 나타내므로서 기화성 방청제로는 많은 문제점이 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a vaporizable composite corrosion inhibitor for steel, characterized in that it uses a combination of the rust prevention properties of several vaporizable rust inhibitors excellent in the atmosphere rust preventive effect in the sea transportation and long-term storage of various iron products.
