Abstract

Solid catalyst components for olefin polymn. were prepd. by forming complexes of Mg dihalides, electron donors (A) with no active H, and electron donors (B) contg. active H or treating Mg dihalide-B complexes with A, and treating this product with a Ti halide. Thus, 25g McCl2 was treated with 8g EtOBz, treated with 39.2g BuOH, heated lhr at 80≰C, and freed of solvent at 50≰C, giving 70 g solids (A). A mixt. of 25 g A and 210cm3 TiCl4 was heated 2hr at 100≰C, treated with 51 cm3 heptane and stirred 15 min. The solid product (B) was washed, dried, stirred 5 min, heated to 45≰C, pressured with 275 cm3 and polymd. 4hr at 7 atm gage and 60≰C.

로내의 유동층중에 그 하방에서 열풍을 압송하여 유동층을 유동화시키며, 유동층충의 피처리물을 송입하여 이를 건조 또는 소각하게한 유동층로에 있어서 유동층의 하방에는 관벽에 다수의 풍공이 있는 송풍 분기관을 복수개 병열시킴과 동시에 일단에 송풍기에 연통되며, 또한 송풍량 조절변을 구비한 송풍주관의 타단에 각 송풍 분리관을 연통시키고, 더욱이 각 송풍 분기관의 유동층중에 있어서 높이 위치를 변동시키는 수단을 구비하고, 송풍 조절변의 조작에 의하여 생기는 유동층의 압송하는 열풍량 및 송풍압의 변동에 따라서 각 송풍 분기관의 높이 위치를 변동시켜서 각 송풍 분기관의 상부에 생기는 유동층의 유동상태를 대략 일정하게 유지케 하는 것을 특징으로하는 유동층의 유동화장치.In a fluidized bed furnace in which a fluidized bed is fluidized by pumping hot air from the lower part of the fluidized bed in the furnace, and the processed material of the fluidized bedworm is fed and dried or incinerated, a plurality of blower branch pipes having a plurality of air holes in the pipe wall are provided below the fluidized bed.
