Claims (1)
- 기계적 가동부의 위치 제어가 지령 위치 정보와 기계적 가동부 상에 설치된 위치 검출기로부터 검출된 위치 정보 사이의 비교에 의해 얻어진 위치 오차변수에 따라 달성되는 폐쇄 루우프형 수치제어 공작 기계의 위치 제어 시스템에 있어서, 폐쇄루우프내에 기계적 가동부를 포함함으로 유발되는 위치 제어 오차를 감소시키기 위한 수정수단이 특징인 폐쇄루우프형 수치 제어 공작기계의 위치제어 시스템.
