1 is an overall exploded perspective view of the present invention,
2 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing the installation state of the present invention,
Figure 3 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of the present invention.
The present invention relates to a shoe sole for cushioning that can be lightly walked by a cushioning action by attaching a well-known coil spring to a bottom on which a buffer plate double bent on a shoe sole is bent.
Conventional shoes are made of rubber or other sponges and coil springs, which are mostly made of hard materials, such as the heel or the back of the shoe, thereby making people feel uncomfortable and pressured by the impact on the ground when walking.
Considering this point, the buffer plate, which I applied in advance (1981 Practical Application No. 3529), diffracted the rear side to increase the elasticity action, but had a weak elastic force, and other Japanese Utility Model Publications There was a small bending of the iron plate with No. 48-10643, but this was a disadvantage that the bending part was supported by the heel of the pedestrian when the bending part was strengthened, and when the bending part was weakened, the bending part was folded and not practically used. In the case of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-133804, there was a spring installed in the shoe heel, but if the spring's elasticity was strong, the bottom of the shoe heel protruded and could not be firmly inserted, but simply buried in the shoe heel. There was a disadvantage that it was difficult to expect a sufficient buffering effect.
The present invention devised in consideration of these drawbacks re-diffuses the rear side of the double diffracted buffer plate to double the elastic force, widen the buffer width and simultaneously combine the buffer plate and the coil spring in a smooth and stable manner, as well as the buffer plate and the coil. It is designed to allow the wearer to walk in a more pleasant mood than 1981 Utility No. 3529 by inducing a two-step cushioning action following the spring.
The bottom plate 2 'of the buffer plate 1 having the rear side doubled to form the elastic layer 11 is drilled through the coil spring 3 entrance and exit 4, and the upper plate 2 located directly above the entrance 4. On the back, a ring plate 5 'with a ring 5 bent is installed, and the upper end of the coil spring 3 is secured to the ring 5, and the lower end of the coil spring 3 is fixed to the shoe sole 6 It is a structure inserted in the liver 7.
In the drawings, reference numeral 8 denotes the sole of the shoe, 9 denotes the midsole of the shoe, and 10 denotes the insole.
According to the present invention configured as described above, the upper end of the coil spring 3 is securely attached to the ring 5 of the ring plate 5 'installed on the back surface 2 of the buffer plate 1, and the sole 8 and the midsole of the shoe The lower end of the coil spring (3) passing through the entrance (4) of the coil spring (3) perforated in (9) was inserted into a fixed seat (7) installed in the shoe sole (6), and then the insole (1) on the buffer plate (1). 10) is worn as a normal shoe, wherein the coil spring (3) buried in the shoe sole 6 is placed in the tensioned state.
When the shoe is ignited and walked or landed, the elastic layer 11 is formed at the rear side of the shock absorbing plate 1 and is made of a hard material, and the elastic force remains even when the coil spring 3 is compressed. (1) As it is transmitted uniformly throughout, the cushioning received by the foot is also flexibly received so that the user can walk with a light feeling, as well as the coil spring (3) passes through the shoe midsole (9) and the sole (8) Since the coil spring 3 is inserted into the fixed section 7 of (6), there is an effect of cushioning the shock in two stages without fear that the coil spring 3 may be flowed or relaxed even by the compression and extension action.
