Claims (1)
- 탄화수소 가스, 용해된 액체석탄, 용해된 고체석탄 및 현탁된 무기 잔류물로 구성된 액화영역 유출혼합물을 생성할 수 있도록 탄화수소물질을 수첨분해하고 무기잔류물로부터 탄화수소 물질을 용해시키기 위해서, 광물함유 공급만, 용해된 재순환 액체석탄 용매, 실온에서 고체이고 용해된 재순환 석탄과 재순환 광물 잔류물로 구성된 액화영역 공급슬러리와 수소를 석탄 액화영역으로 도입하고, 상기 용해된 액체 석탄,용해된 고체석탄 및 광물 잔류물중 일부를 상기 액화영역 공급 슬러리에 재순환하고, 상기 액화영역 공급슬러중 광물 잔류물과 상기 용해된 고체성분의 다른 부분을 상기 액화영역에 재순환 하고, 상기 액화영역에서는 454℃+에서 용해된 고체석탄보다 232 내지 454℃에서 용해된 액체 석탄을 재순환 시킨 후에 더많은 수율을 얻고, 상기 액화 영역의 광물 잔류물과 용해된 고체 석탄의 거의 모든 함량을 함유하는 기화기 공급 슬러리를 생성하기 위해서, 재순환되지 않은 고체 용해석탄과 광물 잔류물로부터 용해된 액체 석탄과 탄화수소 가스를 분리하고, 탄화수소 물질을 합성가스로 전환하기 위해서 산화영역을 포함하는 가스화 영역으로 상기 가스화기 공급슬러리를 도입하고, 상기 합성가스중 적어도 일부를 가스상 수소-농축유체로 전환시키어, 처리수소를 공급하기 위해 상기 수소농축-유체를 상기 액화영역으로 도입하여, 상기가스화 영역으로 공급된 탄화수소 물질의 양이, 상기 액화 영역에서 필요한 모든 수소를 생성하기에 충분한것을 특징으로 하는 복합 석탄 액화-가스화 방법.
