본 고안은 로울러에 의하여 권취된 벨트가 회전하면서 흑판을 닦아주고 이와같이 닦아진 분필가루를 회전벨트와 내부에서 접지된 회전망상직포에 의하여 함체내에서 분필가루를 털어주게 한 것으로 종래에도 로울러에 의하여 흑판을 닦아주고 함체의 양측주연에 착설한 부러쉬에 의하여 로울러에 묻어 있는 분필가루를 털어주게 한 것이 있었으나 로울러의 회전이 자유로우면 칠판이 닦아지지 않기 때문에 이 회전을 억제시키는 기어장치를 해야 했기 때문에 그 구조가 복잡하고 양측에 착설된 부러쉬는 면접촉을 하지 못하고 선접촉을 하기 때문에 로울러에 묻어 있는 분필가루를 제대로 털어주지 못하는 결점이 있었다.The present invention wipes the blackboard while the belt wound by the roller rotates, and then wipes the chalk powder in the enclosure by the rotating belt and the rotating mesh cloth grounded inside.
