Description
1 is a perspective view of the present invention.
2 is a cross-sectional view of the present invention.
3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the dotted line of FIG.
4 is a reference perspective view showing a conventional heating table.
The present invention relates to a heating zone in which a metal powder and an oxidant are stored in a bag so that the heat of oxidation and hydration is generated by the mixing of the metal powder, the oxidant and the air in the bag and used as a warming device or a therapeutic steaming device in the cold winter. In the conventional heating zone, the bag is formed of a non-breathable member, but as shown in FIG. 4, the center of the top surface of the bag is opened, and a breathable adhesive tape is bonded to the opening to connect both ends of the target surface and simultaneously the inside of the bag. This is because air is supplied. This is because the adhesive tape is adhered to the outer surface of the bag, so when the bag is handled, the adhesive part easily falls off, and the contents of the bag are often released. It melted and drooped, and there was a disintegrating lung, and the bag was not firm enough to be damaged.
The present invention, in consideration of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the bag is formed by overlapping the non-woven fabric and the mesh and then coated the bottom surface with a synthetic resin to form a non-breathable bag, and then perforated artificial conical micro-holes on the entire surface, and the air is sufficiently introduced The discharge was made slow so that the heat inside the bag could be more efficiently generated and lasted for a long time. The mesh was deposited between the resin and the nonwoven fabric so that the bag could not be cracked even if it was impacted from the outside. This will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An oxidizing agent and a metal powder are enclosed in the non-breathable bag 1 by applying a synthetic resin 2 'to the lower surface of the nonwoven fabric 2, and then both ends thereof are sealed to form an opening 3 on the upper surface of the bag 1. In the heat-sealing band known by adhering the breathable adhesive tape 4, the mesh 5 is laminated between the nonwoven fabric 2 and the synthetic resin 2 'to form a bag 1 sealed with a non-breathable member. It is characterized by artificially perforating the fine conical vent hole 6 on both sides of the bag (1).
In this way, the present invention perforates the air permeable hole 6 through the fine conical hole on the entire surface of the bag 1 completely sealed, so that the air flowing into the bag 1 is sufficiently supplied, but the heat in the bag 1 is not easily released. The heat can last for a long time, and even if the external shock is applied to the mesh (5) in the turret (1) has the effect that can be used with confidence without fear of cracks or damage.
