본 고안은 콘크리트제 다공관 대용으로 사용하여 지하에 매설되는 관상 또는 선상 제품을 보호하기 위한 조립식 합성수지제 다공관에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a prefabricated synthetic resin porous tube for protecting a tubular or linear product embedded in the basement by using a concrete porous tube.
종래 이러한 용도로서는 주로 콘크리트제 다공관들이 사용되어 왔으나 콘크리트제 다공관은 중량이 무거워 시공, 운반상의 불편점이 많고, 또한 합성수지제로 압출 제조할 경우는 다공관의 구획단면이 복잡하여 내부의 격벽이 뒤틀리거나 두께가 불균일하게되는 제조상의 난점이 있었는바, 본 고안은 이와 같은 결점을 개선하기위하여 감합구조를 갖는 상, 하동형의 관부재를 합성수지로 압출 제조하고 그 관부재를 대향 조립하므로서 간단하게 운반 및 시공할수 있도록 한 것으로, 이를 도면에 의하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.Conventionally, for this purpose, concrete perforated pipes have been mainly used, but concrete perforated pipes are heavy and have many inconveniences in construction and transportation.In addition, when extruded and manufactured with synthetic resin, the partition walls of the perforated pipe are complicated and the internal partition walls are twisted. 이와 같은 본 고안은 도형의 상하 관부재(1)(1´)을 상호 조립할 때 감합돌기(6)의 반원형 괘돌륜(7)(7´)이 상대 감합요홈(3)의 반원형 괘지홈(4)(4´)에 탄삽상태로 감합되고 지지돌기(8)의 단부가 지지요홈(5)에 감합지지되므로 조립된 다공관체(9)가 변형됨이없이 안정된 상태로 견고하게 조립되는 것으로서, 본 고안에 의하면 상하관부재를 동일한 금형을 사용하여 압출 성형한후 이들을 상호 조립하므로 다공관의 구획부형태가 균일하게되고 감합돌기(6)의 괘돌륜(7)(7´)이 감합요홈(3)의 괘지홈(4)(4´)에 탄삽 감합되므로 조립하여 다공관체를 형성한 후에 상하 관부재가 서로 이탈되는 일이 없게되며 각 관부재(1)(1´)의 지지돌기(8)이 접합되는 관부재의 지지요홈(5)에 감합되므로 지지돌기(8)에 의하여 중앙부가 보강됨은 물론이고 접합부에도 다공부가 형성되게되는 이점이 있을뿐 아니라 조립된다. 공관은 경량으로 운반 및 시공이 간편하게되는 효과를 나타내게된다.The present invention is such that the semi-circular bogie wheels 7 and 7 'of the fitting protrusion 6 are the semi-circular bogie grooves 4 of the mating fitting groove 3 when assembling the upper and lower pipe members 1, 1' of the figure.
