본 고안은 어린이들이 학습시간에 사용하는 공작용 가위 외면에 합성수지제를 피막하여 가위자리에 녹이나는 것을 방지함은 물론, 어린이들이 가위를 사용하다 손에 창상을 입는 것을 막는데 주안점을 둔 것이다.The present invention focuses on preventing the children from injuring their hands while using scissors, as well as preventing plastic from dissolving the synthetic resin on the outer surface of the working scissors used for learning time.
