본 고안은 비상시나 화재진화 작업시에 사용하는 산소 호흡기에 관한 것으로, 산소주머니에 오버밸브를 형성하여 안전을 도모할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to an oxygen respirator for use in an emergency or fire extinguishing operation, and is intended to provide safety by forming an overvalve in an oxygen bag.

이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 일단 산소주머니(3)에 고체산소(9)에서 용해된 적당량의 기체산소를 유입한 다음 별도의 마스크와 연결된 고무호스(11)를 흡기구(1)와 배기구(2)에 연결하여 사용하는 것으로 산소주머니(3)에 유입된 산소량이 과다하여 호흡에 지장을 초래할 염려가 있을 경우에는 탄서의 산소주머니(3)가 팽대되면서 제3b도와 같이 보호통(4)의 내벽에 가까와지면 개폐판(7)의 우단이 보호통(4)의 내벽에 걸려 더 이상 나아가지 못하는 한편 산소주머니(3)는 계속 스프링(8)을 이기고 내압(P)에 의해 화살표 방향으로 이동하기 때문에 개폐판(7)의 좌단에 의해 막혀있던 통기공(5)이 열려 산소주머니(3)내의 산소는 통기공(5)을 통해 배기되므로 산소주머니(3)의 내압이 떨어지며 산소주머니(3)의 내압이 호흡에 적당하게 되면 산소주머니(3)가 다시 보호통(4)내벽으로 부터 떨어져 나오므로 스프링(8)의 탄력에 의해 개폐판(7)의 좌단이 제3a도와 같이 통기공(5)을 막아주어 정상 작동하게 되는 것이다.According to the present invention, the oxygen bag 3 is introduced with an appropriate amount of gaseous oxygen dissolved in solid oxygen (9), and then a rubber hose (11) connected to a separate mask is connected to the inlet port (1) and the exhaust port (2).
