본 고안에서는 상기의 같은 제반결함을 보완하기 위하여 삼상메인트랜스 입력 1차선의 별도의 3상 가변 제어트랜스 1개를 연결하여 3련 스위치로서 탭을 접지하고 코일의 감은 회수를 조절하여 필요량의 전력으로 1차에서 제어하여 2차로 전가하므로서 전력의 손실을 막고 부품을 간소화하여 쉽고 간편하게 대량생산할 수 있도록한 것으로서 첨부된 회로도에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 즉, 삼상메인트랜스(1)의 2차 대전력을 단상가변트랜스, 제어전원용 단상트랜스, 정류기, 대형단상트랜스를 이용제어하여 적절한 용접전력을 공급하는 공지의 삼상직류 용접기에 있어서 삼상메인트랜스(1)의 1차코일(a)(b)(c)에서 리드선(a')(b')(c')를 각각 인출하여 별도의 3상 가변제어트랜스(3)의 코일(가)(나)(다)에 연결하여 3련스위치(4)로서 접지탭(가')(나')(다')를 동시에 접지하여 1차에서 필요한 용접전력을 제어하여 삼상트랜스(1) 2차에 공급함을 특징으로 한 것이다.In the present invention, in order to compensate for the above-mentioned defects, by connecting one separate three-phase variable control transformer of the three-phase main transformer input lane, the tap is grounded as a triple switch and the number of turns of the coil is adjusted to adjust the amount of power required.
