본 고안은 온수보일러의 연소실내에 설치되는 연소통재치판을 톱니바퀴형으로 형성하여 연소통재치판을 급기공이나 구멍탄 출입공을 통하여 회전시킬 수 있도록 구성하므로서 보일러 자체의 구조를 간소화하여 제작이 용이하도록 하며, 보일러의 일측부에 별도의 온수실을 형성하여 난방용 온수와 독립하여 온수를 사용할 수 있도록 한 구멍탄용 온수보일러에 관한 것이다. 종래의 회전식 연소통재치판을 설치한 온수보일러에 있어서는 연소통 재치판의 회전축봉을 온수보일러의 동체상부까지 길게 인출시키고, 인출된 축봉에 핸들을 부착하여 축봉을 회전시키므로서 연소통재치판을 회전시키도록 한 것이었으므로 보일러동체의 중심부에 축봉이 통과하는 축공을 관통되게 형성하여야 되는 어려움이 있었고, 또한 축공을 통하여 연소 열기가 상승하므로서 핸들이 가열되어 핸들조작시에 손에 화상을 입게되고, 축공으로부터 연탄까스가 누출되는 결점이 있는 것이었으며, 연소실내의 고열로 인하여 축봉이 가열되어 변형만곡되고 작동이 잘되지 않는 등의 결점이 있는 것이었고, 베벨기어 등을 설치하여 연소통재치판을 회전시키게 한 것도 있으나 이는 구조가 복잡하고 제조경비가 많이 소요되는 결점이 있는 것이었다.The present invention forms a combustion cylinder mounting plate installed in the combustion chamber of the hot water boiler in the form of a cog wheel so that the combustion cylinder mounting plate can be rotated through the air supply hole or the hole access hole to simplify the structure of the boiler itself.
