6 is a partial side view of a conventional heat collecting plate.
The present invention relates to a heat collecting plate of a solar heat-using device that uses solar heat as an energy source, and a heat-receiving plate body that supplies heat energy converted by receiving solar radiation and combined with the heat-receiving plate body from the heat receiving plate body. Part of the heat-receiving plate and the heat-receiving plate body having a thickness equal to the thickness of the heat-receiving plate body are formed between the heat-collecting pipes so that the supplied heat energy can be transferred to the heat-collecting reservoir using a fluid form. It is to improve the heat collection effect by allowing the effective conduction of heat from the sieve to the fluid in the heat collecting tube and at the same time suppressing the release of heat energy conducted to the fluid. Since the thickness of the can be relatively thin, there is an advantage that can save the material and the life of the heat collecting tube is long.
In the conventional heat collecting plate, as shown in FIG. 6, the copper material has a relatively high thermal conductivity, which is formed so that the site where the heat collecting tube is excreted is formed in the recess and the opening can be narrowed, so that the heat collecting tube is not easily burned at the recess. A heat collecting plate made of aluminum has been used. The heat collecting plate of this type has the advantage that it can be manufactured by a simple manufacturing technique for forming only the portion for discharging the heat collecting tube and narrowing the heat collecting tube thereto. Although it can be manufactured as an advantage, the thickness of the heat collecting plate body is unnecessarily thick, thereby increasing the consumption of materials. There is a flaw.
In the present invention will be devised in view of the above-described drawbacks of the prior art described in more detail by the accompanying drawings as follows.
The upper semi-circular portion of the heat collecting plate 3, which is composed of a copper pipeline and has a fluid collecting passage 2 therein, has a relatively thin thickness and a graphite film layer is formed on the surface thereof. 4) and the lower semi-circular part 5, the part of the heat-receiving plate 3 on both sides of the upper semi-circular part 4 of the heat receiving plate 3 is the first outwardly extending part 6 and the second. A space portion 8 is formed between the second inward extension portion 7 and the third outward extension portion 9 by bending in two stages into the inward extension portion 7 and the third outward extension portion 9; The inwardly bent portion 10, which is bent inwardly from the outward extension portion 11 on both sides of the lower semicircle portion 5, is inserted into the space portion 8, and is compressed and overlapped with the heat receiving portion 3a and the heat collecting plate. It is the structure comprised by the heat retention part 3c between the parts 3b.
This invention devises the heat collecting tube 1 as the upper semi-circular part 4 and the lower semi-circular part 5 of the heat collecting plate 2, but overlaps both sides of the upper semi-circular part 4 in two steps. 8) and the inward bent portion 10 of the lower semicircular portion 5 is inserted therein so as to securely fix the heat collecting pipe excretion portion 3b composed of the upper semicircular portion 4 and the lower semicircular portion 5. The first outward extension part 6, the second inward extension part 7, and the third external extension part configured by the configuration of the heat collecting tube excrement part 3b, that is, by bending a part of the heat receiving plate 3 in two steps. (9), and the heat retaining portion 3a is formed by the configuration of the outward extension portion 11 and the inward bending portion 10 on both sides of the lower semicircular portion 5 inserted and overlapped therewith, which is the heat receiving portion 3a. When the radiation of solar heat is converted into the form of thermal energy and heat is transferred to the heat collecting tube 1 side, it actually acts to bring about the effect of increasing the amount of heat transferred by the heat-retaining portion 3c whose vapor cross section is vaporized. If the solar radiation shall be interrupted by temporary beam the temperature of the home hameuroseo prevents the heat is conducted toward the can yeolbu (3a) from yeolgwan 1 yeolgwan house (1) thermal loading is done the activity.
As such, the present invention is a relatively thin plate that can save material, and the heat collecting plate is configured to allow rapid heat conduction. It is possible to suppress the reverse flow of heat conduction as much as possible while at the same time intensive heat conduction to the heat collecting tube by the configuration of the heat retaining part of the form.
In the embodiment of the present invention is shown that the heat collecting tube is installed in one direction on a generally long direction plate is independently disposed, but the heat collecting tube is in the form of a wave plate in accordance with a known method, in fact, the heat collecting tube is plate-like At each end disposed in parallel to each other, the heat collecting pipes arranged in a semicircle at the intersection are connected to each other to form a circulation heat collecting tube.
