본 고안은 엽연초 건조용에 사용하는 기체가열 장치의 연소실 내에 축열재(蓄熱材)를 수장한 화염확산통과 상승 기류관을 설치 하므로서 연소실 주위에 형성된 열기실(熱氣室)의 가열 효과를 높이고 가열된 기체가 상승 기류관의 작용으로 배출 되도록 한 기체가열용 연소 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention enhances the heating effect of the hot air chamber formed around the combustion chamber by installing a flame spreading tank and a rising airflow tube having a heat storage material in the combustion chamber of the gas heating device used for drying the tobacco leaf. 이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 버어너(1)를 착화하여 연소 시키면 연소화염은 수열통(7)의 원추형 선단부에 부딪쳐 확산 되면서 수열통(7)주벽에 형성된 화염확산로(6)를 통과 하면서 연소통(2) 내벽과 수열통(7)의 외벽을 동시에 가열하게 되고 따라서 수열통(7) 내에 수장된 자갈이나 철설(鐵屑)과 같은 축열재(5)도 고온으로 가열되는 것이므로 흡기구(8)로 부터 진입하여 수열통(7) 내부를 통과하는 기체는 축열재(5)의 표면과 접촉되어 고온 기체화 되고 또한 전체적으로 가열된 수열통(7)에서 방사되는 열기는 외주벽의 피상요입면에 의하여 복사되어 연소통(2)의 내벽은 수열통(7)의 복사열을 받게 되므로 버어너(1)의 화염과 함께 상승 작용하여 열기실(3)은 고온으로 가열되는 것이며, 열기실(3)을 통과한 가열기체와 수열통(7) 내부를 통과한 가열기체는 배기구(9) 부분에서 합류하여 배출구(11)를 통하여 건조실내로 공급되는 것이나 배출구(11) 부분에는 상승 기류관(10)이 입설되어 있으므로 상승 기류관(10)의 상단부를 스쳐 지나가는 가열 기체의 흐름에 의하여 상승 기류관(10)의 상단부에는 부압이 발생되고 따라서 상승 기류관의 하단으로 부터는 저온의 공기가 흡입 되면서 점차 가열되어 상승 기류로 변하게 되므로 이 상승 기류에 따라 열기실(3) 내의 가열된 기체가 유도되어 건조실 내로 공급되는 작용 효과를 나태는 것이다.The present invention configured as described above burns the burner (1) and burns the combustion flame while passing through the flame diffusion path (6) formed on the main wall of the heat receiving cylinder (7) while the combustion flame is diffused by hitting the conical tip of the heat receiving container (7).
