본고안은 낫자루 자체를 반시계방향으로 회전시켜 낫날을 직립, 또는 90도 각도로 할수도 있고 그리고 낫자루와 일치되게 절첩할수도 있을뿐만 아니라 절첩시 낫날을 요지부동하게 고정시킴으로서 사용도중 낫날의 나합부분이 이완(弛緩)되어 꺼떡거리는 폐단이 없는 낫의 절첩장치에 관한 것이다. 종래의 절첩식 낫은 낫날을 절첩 고정시 나비나사로 고정하는 관계로 사용도중 용이하게 이완되어 낫날이 꺼떡거려 낫의 구실을 다하지 못하였다.This article can rotate the sickle itself counterclockwise to make the sickle stand upright or at an angle of 90 degrees, and can be folded to match the sickle bag, as well as to fix the sickle blade during folding.
