본 고안은 사람 머리의 골진 부분과 같은 요철면을 시원하게 긁어 주면서 세발할 수 있게 한 세발기에 관한 것이다. 종래에도 일본 공개 실용신안 공보에 제재된 세발기들이 다소 있으나 이들은 대체로 호상으로 된 세발간이 머리결을 호상 왕복 동작으로 스치면서 세발 되게 한 것이었기 때문에 두부(頭部)의 골진 부분과 같은 요철면을 시원하게 긁어 줄수 없는 결점이 있을 뿐더러 전기적 작동에 의한 것이므로 누전사례가 많아 감전의 위험도가 높았고 또 구조가 복잡하여 고장이 자주 발생하는 등의 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a tricycle machine that allows for trituration while coolly scratching an uneven surface such as the ribbed portion of a human head.
