본 발명은 용기 뚜껑 속 면에 묻는 화장품 내용물을 최소화하기 위한, 깔때기가 부착된 화장품 뚜껑에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은, 깔때기 튜브형 용기 뚜껑에 있어서, 화장품 입구 주위에 화장품이 몸통으로 흘러들어갈 수 있도록 유도하는 입구 깔때기, 용기 뚜껑 하단의 중앙에 화장품이 흘러나오는 내용물 출구관, 상기 내용물 출구관 하단에 화장품이 흘러나오는 것을 방지하는 판막, 용기 몸통의 상부에 화장품 용기의 마개 역할을 하고 화장품을 상기 내용물 출구관으로 보내주는 뚜껑 몸체로 구성함으로써, 상기 입구 깔때기의 경사를 타고 뚜껑 속 면과 상기 내용물 출구관 옆면에 묻은 화장품 내용물이 다시 용기 안으로 흘러들어가게 되어 낭비되는 화장품 내용물의 양을 최소화할 수 있고, 상기 내용물 출구관 옆면과 뚜껑 속 면에 묻는 화장품 내용물이 최소화되어 사용자가 화장품 용기를 수시로 청소할 필요를 없애줌을 목적으로 한 것이다.
