The front and rear ends of the initially supplied web (2') are connected at the connection portion (21). Even if the second or more laminated web 2' is not connected by the connecting portion 22, it forms one body with other nonwoven fabrics by needle punching, so there is no need to connect the front and rear ends. Specifically, the front and rear ends of the web 2' initially supplied from the carding machine 10 are connected to each other, and accordingly, the web 2' with the front and rear ends connected can be circulated through the roller unit 27. The connecting portion 21 compresses the adhesive tape 212 supplied from the adhesive device 211 so that it is adhered to the front and rear ends of the web 2'. Accordingly, the adhesive tape 212 connects the front and rear ends of the web 2' and can be continuously circulated through the roller unit 27.

Next, a non-woven fabric forming step (S22) is performed in which a non-woven fabric (2") is formed by laminating and circulating a new web (2') to the nth degree on the web (2') where the front and rear ends are connected and needle-punching the non-woven fabric (2"). Non-woven fabric forming part In (20), the web 2', where the front and rear ends are connected, is rotated by the roller unit 27 and forms a non-woven fabric 2" by needle punching by the needle punching unit 23. The nonwoven fabric 2" is formed by lamination, circulation, and needle punching while the new web 2' is supplied to the nth order until it has the desired density and thickness. As shown in FIG. 3, the needle punching unit 23 It consists of a first needle punching machine (22a) and a second needle punching machine (22b). Therefore, it goes through a first needle punching step in which the web (2') supplied by the first needle punching machine (22a) is first needle punched. , the web 2', which was first needle-punched by the second needle punching machine 22b, is needle-punched secondarily while passing through the first needle punching machine 22a and the second needle punching machine 22b. 2') is formed of a non-woven fabric (2"), and the thickness of the non-woven fabric (2") formed by compression according to punching becomes thinner, and the webs 2', which are stacked up and down by needle punching, are entangled with each other. In addition to the load, it is formed into a thinner non-woven fabric (2") by compression with a needle punching machine. As shown in FIG. 8, the short fibers 2 are formed into a web 2' while passing through the carding machine 10, and are formed into a non-woven fabric 2" through needle punching. The n-th supplied web ( 2') is formed into a non-woven fabric through needle punching. The thickness range of the non-woven fabric 2" is determined in advance, and the thickness t can be formed within a predetermined range.

Next, the density of the nonwoven fabric (2") is measured by measuring the load of the formed nonwoven fabric (2"), and a density measurement and confirmation step (S23) is performed to check whether the measured density value falls within a certain range. The load of the non-woven fabric (2") is carried out in the load measuring unit 24. As shown in FIG. 3, the load measuring unit 24 is formed to have a certain area so as to support the non-woven fabric (2") of a certain area. It consists of a plate 241 and a load sensor 242 mounted on the plate 241 to measure the load of the nonwoven fabric of a certain area. A load measuring unit 24 is provided to check whether the nonwoven fabric 2" being laminated has the desired density and thickness. In the load measuring unit 24, the plate 241 is formed larger than the load sensor 242 to support the non-woven fabric (2") of a certain area, and the non-woven fabric (2") of a certain area located on the upper part of the load sensor 242 Only the load due to ") is allowed to act. The load sensor 242 measures the load value along with the thickness and transmits signals of the measured thickness and load value to the controller 40. The controller 40, which receives the signal of the load value, calculates the density and checks whether the calculated density falls within a specified range. If the load of the non-woven fabric (2") has a density value within a certain range, the next step proceeds. The density range of the non-woven fabric (2") can be set to 800 ~ 1200 kg/m 3 .

Next, if the density value of the non-woven fabric (2") is confirmed to be within a certain range, a non-woven panel forming step (S24) is performed in which the non-woven fabric (2") is cut to a certain length to form the non-woven panel (3). Since the non-woven fabric (2") was confirmed to have a density value in a predetermined range, it is cut to a certain length to form the non-woven panel (3). The non-woven fabric (2") is cut at the cutting section (26). The step of cutting the non-woven fabric (2") to form the non-woven panel (3) includes the step of sensing the position of the sensor target 213 by the distance measuring sensor 25a, and the step of sensing the position of the sensor target 213 by the distance measuring sensor 25a. First, the sensor target 213 is detected by the distance measuring sensor 25a, including measuring a certain moving distance of the non-woven fabric 2" and cutting the non-woven fabric 2" according to the measured distance. When this happens, the sensor 25a transmits the detected signal to the controller 40, and the controller 40, which has received the signal from the sensor target 213, transmits a distance measurement control signal to the distance measurement sensor 25a. Accordingly, the distance measuring sensor 25a measures the distance of the nonwoven fabric 2" being moved. The measured distance value is transmitted back to the controller 40, and the controller 40 compares it with the predetermined length and, if it matches, transmits a cutting control signal to the cutting unit 26. Accordingly, the cutting section 26 cuts the nonwoven fabric 2" to a certain length and forms the nonwoven fabric panel 3.
