Description
The present invention relates to a method of banding a sandwich panel and a portable building using the banding panel banded by the method. More specifically, the present invention relates to preparing a sandwich panel filled with insulation material between the interior of both exterior surface materials, and forming a curvature in the sandwich panel. After cutting and removing one side of the inner exterior surface material to the width of the part to form the curvature and a depth of 30 to 50% of the insulation material, banding the portion to form the curvature and then re-adhesive one side of the inner exterior surface material that was cut and removed. It relates to a banding method of a sandwich panel including the steps of riveting and binding the overlapping portion of the inner exterior surface material, a banding panel banded by the method, and a portable building using the banding panel.
A sandwich panel is a lightweight insulating wall made by adding a surface material such as a steel plate to both sides of an insulating material such as foam foam. It has the advantage of being inexpensive and light through mass production, making it easy to construct, so it can be used not only for prefabricated buildings but also for things like camping cars or caravans. It is widely used as the interior and exterior walls of portable buildings.
In the case of mobile homes, it is made using a manufacturing method that uses standardized sandwich panels and attaches them to the frame. If curved construction is desired to avoid a monotonous structure consisting of an inclined roof and a vertical wall, it is necessary to bend the sandwich panels to a certain curvature. This happens.
According to the existing Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1528292, 'Banding structure of sandwich panel and banding method of sandwich panel', the steps of separating the insulation material by separating one side of the steel plate from a pair of steel plates surrounding the insulation material up and down, the separated insulation material Forming a plurality of grooves by adjusting at least one of the number of grooves, the depth of the grooves, and the distance between the grooves according to the angle at which the grooves are bent in one area of the insulation material, and bending the area where the grooves are formed. A method of banding a sandwich panel has been proposed, which includes the step of injecting adhesive into the formed groove to be fixed after the bending. However, the banding method of the sandwich panel not only complicates construction due to the process of digging out multiple grooves in the built-in insulation material, but also has the problem of damage to the built-in insulation material and deterioration of insulation performance.
In addition, according to the existing Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1722532, 'Banding method of sandwich panels and banding panels and portable buildings using banding panels', the step of preparing a sandwich panel filled with insulating foam between the outer surface materials on both sides as a material. , a slit cutting step of forming a slit by cutting one side of the exterior surface material with respect to the portion for forming a curvature in the panel material, an insulation material removal step of partially removing the built-in insulation foam directly below the cutting slit to provide a space, slitting A banding step of banding the surface unevenness of one side cut with a slit to sequentially overlap with the adjacent surface unevenness or surface material, and a binding step of riveting and binding the overlapping portions of the surface unevenness and/or surface material that are cut with slits and sequentially overlapped and banded. A method of banding sandwich panels has been proposed. However, the banding method of the sandwich panel not only complicates construction due to the process of cutting several slits in the exterior surface material and sequentially overlapping them, but also has the problem of damaging the appearance of the exterior surface material due to multiple overlapping and riveting. .
Accordingly, the present inventors made extensive research efforts to overcome the problems of the prior technologies, and as a result, a sandwich was created by a simple process of cutting 30-50% of the insulation material and both ends of the inner exterior surface material of the part where the curved surface is formed, bending them, and then joining them again. After confirming that the panel could be easily banded, the present invention was completed.
Therefore, the main purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for banding sandwich panels that can be easily constructed through a simple process.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a banding panel of a sandwich panel banded by the above banding method and a portable building using the same.
According to one aspect of the invention, the invention provides a method of banding a sandwich panel, comprising the following steps:
1) Preparing a sandwich panel filled with insulation material between the interior of both exterior surface materials; 2) cutting and removing the inner exterior surface material and the insulation material underneath the portion for forming the curvature in the sandwich panel to a depth of 30 to 50%; 3) inwardly bending the portion to form the curvature of the sandwich panel having the outer exterior surface material removed in step 2) above; 4) applying an insulation adhesive to the inside of the portion for forming the curvature of the inwardly bent sandwich panel; 5) adhering the insulating portion of the inner exterior surface material removed in step 2) to the inside of the portion for forming the curvature of the inwardly bent sandwich panel to which the adhesive was applied in step 4); and 6) bonding the overlapping portions of both ends of the inner exterior surface material and the bonded inner exterior surface material of the sandwich panel by riveting.
In the present invention, preferably, in step 2), two slits are formed by cutting both ends of the inner exterior surface material of the portion where the curvature is to be formed, and then a heat wire is passed through the slits to a depth of 30 to 50% of the insulation material. Provides a method of banding a sandwich panel, characterized by cutting. The insulation material has a low melting point like urethane foam, so it can be easily cut with a hot wire. In addition, the reason for cutting the insulation material to a depth of 30-50% or less, which is 50% or less, is to facilitate the banding of the inner exterior surface material when bonding in step 5), as described later.
In the present invention, preferably in step 4), the insulation adhesive provides a method of banding a sandwich panel, characterized in that foam made of the same material as the insulation material is sprayed. Since 30 to 50% of the remaining insulation material (e.g., urethane foam) is located inside the portion for forming the curvature of the sandwich panel bent inward in step 4), foam of the same material (e.g., urethane foam) is located inside the portion for forming the curvature of the sandwich panel bent inward. Applying foam) on it not only increases the bonding force but also prevents damage to the insulation performance.
In the present invention, the inner exterior surface material (30 to 50% of the insulation material combined) removed in step 2) is optionally applied to the outside of the portion for forming the curvature before adhering to the sandwich panel banded in step 5). It may additionally include a step of banding (in the direction of the exterior surface material). However, since the thickness of the insulation material bonded to the inner exterior surface material removed in step 2) is relatively thin at 30 to 50%, it can be easily bonded by simply pushing it inward during the bonding process in step 5) even without adding a separate bending step. Can be banded.
In the present invention, preferably, before step 5), the insulation material at both ends of the removed inner exterior surface material is partially removed to form an overlapping portion with the inner exterior surface material of the sandwich panel.
