분리한 류코노스톡 메센테로이데스 LB-LM1(Leuconostoc mesenteroides LB-LM1) 균주의 항암 활성 효과를 관찰하기 위해 Cell counting Kit-8을 이용하여 세포 성장률(cell viability assay)을 측정하였다. 항암 활성 효능실험에 사용된 세포는 유방암 4T1 세포주, 간암 HepG2 세포주, 폐암 A549, H1650 세포주, 혈액암 A20 세포주, 그리고 정상 세포주인 NIH/3T3이다.To observe the anticancer activity effect of the isolated Leuconostoc mesenteroides LB-LM1 strain, cell viability assay was measured using Cell counting Kit-8. Specifically, apoptosis increased 2.5-fold in 4T1, a breast cancer cell line (see Figure 1), 2.6-fold in HepG2 cells, a liver cancer cell line (see Figure 2), and 1.7-fold in H1650 and A549 lung cancer cell lines (see Figure 3). It was confirmed that 3.7 times more cell death (see Figure 4) occurred at the high concentration of LB-LM1 in A20, a blood cancer cell line.
