Description

완충용 포장재 제조방법{Method of manufacturing cushioning packaging material}{Method of manufacturing cushioning packaging material}

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cushioning packaging material. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cushioning packaging material, and more specifically, to freely package packaging objects that are easily damaged or broken in a collision, such as fruit or wine bottles, without distinction, thereby improving convenience of use and saving manufacturing costs. This relates to a method of manufacturing an improved cushioning packaging material that has excellent breathability and cushioning properties and significantly enhances packaging safety.

In general, fragile packaging objects such as wine bottles are protected using so-called bubble wrap or air caps made of synthetic resin.

These cushioning packaging materials are used one-time to prevent the product from being damaged by impact when packaging and transporting the product, and the purpose is to protect the product and ensure safe transportation to the destination.

However, since conventional cushioning packaging materials are mainly manufactured using polyethylene resin or low-density polyethylene resin, their use is limited for various reasons such as disposal problems after use, increased manufacturing costs, and environmental pollution by environmental hormones.

In addition, recycling costs a lot of money due to the collection and melt molding process, and it has the disadvantage of causing serious soil pollution because it is difficult to decompose when discarded.

On the other hand, fruits are easily perishable when stored at a certain temperature (e.g., above 25℃), so it is advisable to keep them refrigerated to maintain their freshness. When transporting fruits, the surface of the fruits may be damaged if exposed to external shock. Because it is easy, various packaging materials are used to individually wrap the exterior of the fruit and protect it from external shock.

The most representative packaging material is fruit storage packaging made of foam resin including Styrofoam, which is widely used.

However, this packaging material itself has a structure that does not allow air to pass through, so the ground part of the fruit in contact with it is automatically insulated, the temperature rises, moisture accumulates, and softness or rotting occurs. This causes the disadvantage of a sharp decline in the freshness of the fruit.

Another example is a mesh-shaped packaging material made of soft synthetic resin foam, and while it has the advantage of excellent breathability and cushioning since it is used by pushing the fruit inside, it requires large-scale molding equipment for manufacturing and is expensive. The disadvantage is that it is expensive, which is detrimental to orchard farmers.

In this way, since the packaging materials for packaging products such as fragile bottles (including wine bottles) and the packaging materials for fruits, etc. are different from each other, there is the inefficiency of having to make a variety of packaging materials, and the disadvantage of increasing the economic burden as a result, etc. These have coexisted until now.

The third step is to make it happen; After the third step, the paper base 10 is pulled in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cut line (KL), and the cut line (KL) is widened to produce a cushioning packaging material in which a gap (H) and a protrusion (D) are formed. It provides a method of manufacturing a cushioning packaging material, characterized in that it includes a fourth step.

At this time, in the first step, the laminated surface 12 has the characteristic of being a glued surface made by gluing or a tape-adhesive surface made by attaching double-sided tape.

In addition, the envelope-shaped paper base 10 that has gone through the third step is characterized in that both ends are torn and a cut line (KL) is formed on the entire circumferential surface.

In addition, the cut line (KL) is composed of a first cut line (20) and a second cut line (30) in the form of broken lines spaced apart from each other, and the broken point of the first cut line (20) is connected in the second cut line (30). It also has its own characteristics in that it is structured to be a branch.

However, this is not intended to limit the embodiments according to the concept of the present invention to a specific disclosed form, and should be understood to include all changes, equivalents, and substitutes included in the spirit and technical scope of the present invention.

The method of manufacturing a cushioning packaging material according to the present invention is characterized by making bubble wrap paper (aka 'Jiami').

At this time, the cushioning packaging material according to the present invention is manufactured from bubble wrap paper using a paper base 10 made of kraft, as shown in the example of FIG. 1.

Here, unlike the prior art, the cushioning packaging material according to the present invention does not use vinyl cushioning material, Styrofoam cushioning material, or air caps made of synthetic resin, but instead uses kraft paper, so it is environmentally friendly.

In particular, it is efficient and useful because it can secure breathability and cushioning while using paper, and above all, it has the advantage of being easy to dispose of, recyclable, and reusable due to the characteristics of paper.

More specifically, in the method of manufacturing a cushioning packaging material according to the present invention, a first step is performed to prepare a paper base 10 and then form a laminated surface 12 of a certain width on the upper or lower surface of one end.

At this time, the laminated surface 12 may be a glued surface made by gluing or a tape-adhesive surface made by attaching double-sided tape.

Next, a second step is performed in which the paper base 10 is folded and fixed to the laminated surface 12 by using the opposite side, not the side facing the laminated surface 12, as the adherend surface 14.

Here, the reason for forming the adhesive surface 14 as above is to make it into a barrel shape that can hold objects inside.

Thereafter, the paper base 10 that has undergone the second step is passed through a base provided with a blade and a processing roll 18 with a sheath 16 corresponding to the blade to form a cut line (KL) on the paper base 10. The third step to form this is performed.

In this way, when the third step is performed, a cut line (KL) is formed on the entire circumferential surface of the envelope-shaped paper base 10 with both ends opened.

At this time, the cut lines KL are formed in a staggered form at regular intervals, as shown in the examples of FIGS. 1 and 2.

Then, the fourth step is to pull the paper base 10 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cut line (KL) to create a cushioning packaging material in which the cut line is widened and a gap (H) and a protrusion (D) are formed. It is carried out.

The cushioning packaging material manufactured in this way can be used as a packaging material surrounding a wine bottle, as shown in FIG. 3.

In other words, it can be used as a cushioning packaging material to cover fragile bottles.

In addition, as shown in Figure 4, it can be used as a packaging material for wrapping fruit.

In other words, it can be an excellent packaging material for fruits that require breathability and cushioning to maintain freshness.

In this way, the cushioning packaging material according to the present invention can be used for fragile bottles or perishable fruits as a single packaging material, so it can be manufactured more inexpensively than the existing packaging materials that were made differently depending on the target type. It has the advantage of greatly increasing the utility since it provides breathability and cushioning at the same time.

Here, the cut line (KL) created in the third step can be divided into a first cut line (20) and a second cut line (30), as shown in the example of FIG. 2, and the first and second cut lines (20,30) ) are all formed by breaking into broken lines.

And, the broken point of the first cut line (20) is configured to be a connected point in the second cut line (30).

For example, a large number of first cut lines 20 are arranged horizontally and in parallel at regular intervals, and all first cut lines 20 form regular broken lines.

In this case, a broken line is defined in the dictionary as 'a line of short lines arranged at slight intervals', and in the present invention, it can be seen as a line segment of a certain length formed continuously on the same straight line and spaced a certain length apart.

At this time, the part of the first cut line (20) that is a certain length apart is called the first gap (22), and the same part of the second cut line (30) is called the second gap (32).

The reason why this is important is because the size and shape of the gap (H) formed depending on the length of the first and second cut lines (20, 30) and the length of the first and second intervals (22, 32) change.

In the present invention, the first and second cut lines (20, 30) have the same length, the second cut line (30) is longer than the first cut line (20), or the first and second intervals (22, 32) have the same length. It includes that the first interval 22 is formed to be equal to or longer than the second interval 32 .

When configured in this way, the gap (H) has a hexagonal shape, and when pulled further, has a shape close to a circle, forming an overall honeycomb shape.

In this way, the cushioning packaging material, which is made to have an air gap (H) by pulling the paper base 10 in the width direction, that is, in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cut line, to have a honeycomb structure, has parts excluding the cut line (KL) on one side. It protrudes outward or protrudes to the other side, maintaining its three-dimensional shape.

In other words, it has a plurality of protrusions (D), and these protrusions (D) ensure cushioning properties. However, because these protrusions (D) are numerous, they provide sufficient cushioning material to withstand significant pressure.

In this way, in the case of fruit packaging, the cushioning packaging material manufactured according to the present invention allows the honeycomb pores (H) and the protrusions (D) to cushion and ventilate each other, thereby prolonging the freshness of the fruit.

In particular, since the honeycomb-shaped voids (H) are formed in a three-dimensional and swollen state, air circulation is very free.

In addition, since the protrusions (D) are also inflated and lifted, they act as a kind of springboard, preventing the fruits from colliding with each other, and the protrusions (D) perfectly cushion them.

Because of this, the fruit does not become soft due to shock, is bruised locally, or becomes rotten due to barking.

In addition, even when packaging bottles, including wine bottles, the protrusion (D) performs the same function so that the bottles do not break easily and also performs an air-cooling function through sufficient ventilation, contributing to keeping them in a fresh state.
