유기농 목화를 준비하여 세척하여 건조시켰다. 상기 건조된 유기농 목화를 프레스 장치를 사용하여 부직포를 제조하였다. 다만, 상부시트에 적용하는 부직포는 얇게 제조하고, 흡수 시트에 적용하는 부직포는 두껍게 제조하였다. 단, 흡수 시트는 상기와 같이 제조된 흡수시트를 2층으로 구성하여 제조하였다.
