상기 제어부는, 위치정보 모듈을 통하여, 상기 관심 부동산의 위치 정보를 획득하는 단계를 더 포함하며,
상기 제어부는, 상기 촬영된 관심 부동산 이미지 및 상기 획득한 관심 부동산의 위치 정보를 분석하여, 상기 관심 부동산에 대한 부동산 정보를 획득하고,
