Abstract

The present relates to a ship door capable of preventing cracks in the wall. According to the present invention, the ship door comprises: a door frame installed on a hull wall; a body part coupled to one side of the door frame; and a buffer part which relieves the impact between the door frame and the body part. By using the ship door as described above, cracks occurring in the wall corresponding to the corner of the door frame can be prevented, making it safer, and work efficiency can be increased because there is no need to perform additional repair work.

이하에서는 본 발명에 대하여 첨부된 도면에 도시된 실시 예에 따라 구체적으로 설명하기는 하나, 본 발명이 도시된 실시 예만으로 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 상기 및 그 밖의 목적과 새로운 특징은 본 명세서의 기술 및 첨부 도면에 의해 더욱 명확하게 될 것이다. 도1은 본 발명에 따른 선박용 도어의 정면도이고,도2는 본 발명에 따른 선박용 도어의 단면도이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에따른 선박용 도어는 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 선체의 벽체에 설치되는 도어 프레임(10), 상기 도어?프레임(10)의 일측에 결합하는 몸체부(20), 상기 도어 프레임(10)과 몸체부(20)와의 충격을 완화하는 완충부(30)를 포함한다. 상기 도어 프레임(10)은 선체 벽체의 출입구에 설치되고, 하기 후술할 몸체부(20)와 결합한다. 상기 몸체부(20)는 개폐가능하도록 상기 도어 프레임(10의 일측에 힌지로 결합되고, 상기 힌지에 의해 회동가능하다. 상기 완충부(30)는 도어 프레임(10)의 일측에 위치하여 몸체부(20)와의 마찰로 인한 충격을 완화시켜주고 상기도어 프레임(10)과 몸체부(20) 사이의 갭을 차폐해주는 역할을 한다. 상기와 같이 완충부(30)가 마련되므로 인해 빗물이나 해수의 유입을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있다. 이와 같은 완충재(30)는 신축성, 내약품성, 내열성 및 내마모성의 성질을 갖는 탄성 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 보호 부재를 나타낸 도이다. 상기 도어 프레임(10)의 모서리부에는 벽체의 균열이 방지되도록 보호 부재(40)가 마련될 수 있다. 상기 보호부재(40)는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 외주면이 곡면지게 형성되고 용접 이음부가 모서리를 지난 지점에 위치하여 응력이 크게 작용하더라도 ?균열이 발생하지 않게 된다. 상기 결구(42)는 상기 보호 부재(40)의 원주보다 작게 형성되어 용접 등의 방법에 의해 보호 부재(40)와 일체로 형성된다. 이에 보호 부재(40)를 상기 도어 프레임(10)에 결합하는 작업을 수행함에 시간을 절약할 수 있다. 상기와 같은 본 발명의 선박용 도어를 이용하는 것에 의해, 도어 프레임의 모서리부에 대응하는 벽체에 발생하는 균열을 방지할 수 있어 안전하고, 추가로 보수작업을 수행할 필요가 없으므로 작업의 효율성이 증대된다.
