이와 같이 구성된 본 실시 예의 빙판 제거장치는 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 빙판 위를 천천히 주행하면서 관리기(1) 전방의 보조 바퀴(3) 높낮이를 조절하는 것에 의해 회전봉(100)의 금속 브러시(200)와 스크레이퍼 날(300)이 빙판(I)에 접촉하는 높이를 맞추어 줄 수 있으므로 빙판(I)의 두께에 적합하게 작업할 수 있으며, 회전봉(100)의 회전에 의해 금속 브러시(200)가 빙판(I)을 긁어내게 되면 금속 브러시(200)의 뒷 쪽에 부착된 스크레이퍼 날(300)이 얼음 부스러기를 밀어내서 제거하게 됨으로써 빙판을 효과적으로 청소할 수 있는바, 기존의 단순한 플라스틱 브러시만으로 이루어진 관리기 부착형 제설장치로 제거할 수 없었던 빙판의 제거가 효과적으로 가능하므로 이면도로나 제설차량이 진입하지 못하는 골목길과 같은 협소도로 및 기타 제설제를 제때 뿌리지 못하는 농촌의 시멘트 길 등과 같은 장소에 발생한 빙판으로 인한 사람의 낙상사고나 차량의 추돌사고를 방지하는데 일조할 수 있는 것이며, 농번기에는 빙판 제거용 회전봉을 분리하고 로터리를 부착하여 밭을 갈거나 고랑을 파는데 사용할 수 있으므로 작업기의 활용도를 극대화할 수 있는 것이다.As shown in FIG. 5, the ice removal device of the present embodiment configured as described above can adjust the height of the metal brush 200 of the rotating bar 100 and the scraper blade 300 in contact with the ice sheet I by adjusting the height of the auxiliary wheel 3 in front of the manager 1 while slowly driving on the ice sheet, so that it can work appropriately for the thickness of the ice sheet I, and the metal brush 200 can be operated by rotating the rotating rod 100. Claims (5)
A rotating rod 100 detachably coupled to the rotary shaft 2 of the management device 1, a metal brush 200 spaced apart along the lengthwise direction on the outside of the rotating rod 100 and attached in a spiral shape, and a scraper blade 300 for pushing out ice removed by the metal brush 200 outside the rotating rod 100, so that the rotating rod 100 is rotated by the rotation of the rotary shaft 2.
