Description
The present invention relates to a prefabricated inner wall panel in which a joint finishing material is integrally formed, and more particularly, a separate additional construction work to create a joint finishing material later by manufacturing a joint finishing material as an integral component in a unit panel itself for forming an inner wall panel. Not only can the working time be significantly reduced by omitting, but also the joint finishing material is improved to a detachable structure, so that maintenance is more convenient and easy, and the joint finishing material is integrally formed with the prefabricated inner wall panel.
In general, spaces equipped with drainage facilities such as water supply facilities such as apartments, townhouses, officetels, office toilets, porches or verandas, which are residential spaces, are constructed with prefabricated inner wall panels.
In building interior construction, wall construction is performed in the form of completing a single inner wall panel by combining a number of unit panels with each other so that the interior wall surface can be more beautiful and various expressions are possible.
The construction of the prefabricated inner wall panel is carried out in an assembly method in which a plurality of panels manufactured in a certain unit size are inserted in the longitudinal and transverse directions, and the joint surface where the two unit panels are joined has a joint groove spaced apart at a certain interval. is formed
That is, when the unit panels are coupled to each other, joint grooves are formed.
These joint grooves not only provide a wide range of tolerance for coupling between unit panels, but also increase the convenience of work so that they can be easily installed in response to various flatness of the wall to be constructed.
And when the assembly work using the unit panels is completed, the joint groove itself, which provided the convenience of assembly, does not show a clean image on the exterior, and dust or foreign substances are easily accumulated or invaded. do.
At this time, the joint finishing material filling the joint grooves had the inconvenience of additionally performing a hardening operation after filling the joint grooves with mortar produced by kneading cement and sand with water.
In particular, the construction using mortar takes a lot of time to complete the construction, and even in the work of filling the mortar, the width and height of the joint finishing material are not kept constant depending on the skill of the contractor. There is a problem with errors in parts.
In addition, due to the nature of the material, mortar cracks over time and is easily broken.
Recently, as a way to solve the above problems, a method of finishing the joint using silicone has been disclosed.
As shown in FIG. 1, conventionally, in order to finish the joint generated between the panels (a, b) with silicone (d), after cleaning the construction surface cleanly, a backup material ( c) is inserted, the depth of the backup material (c) is manually adjusted by the operator, and the masking tapes (e, f) are attached to the edges of the panels (a, b) so that the joint width is constant horizontally or vertically , Silicon (d) is injected above the back-up material (c), and after the silicone (d) is cured, the masking tapes (e, f) are removed from the panels (a, b) to attach the interior and exterior materials of the building. Complete the finishing treatment of the resulting joint.
The joint finishing material using a synthetic resin material such as silicon is effective in that it can solve the disadvantages of easily breaking or cracking like mortar.
However, since the construction of the joint finishing material using silicon readjusts the depth of the backup material (c) after inserting the backup material (c) between the adjacent panels (a, b), the workability is poor, and the silicone (d) In order to finish, the masking tapes (e, f) are manually attached to the edges of the surfaces of the panels (a, b) vertically or horizontally, so workability is significantly reduced. At this time, the masking tapes (e, f) (a, b) Since the joint width is not uniformly attached to the edge of the surface, there is a problem in that the accuracy of joint construction decreases and the construction quality deteriorates.
In addition, the construction of the joint finishing material using conventional mortar and silicone has a problem in that the cost of performing the repair work is large when the durability is weakened due to external impact or neglect of management, and when damage or deformation occurs.
In other words, in order for the operator to carry out repair work, the joint finishing material that has hardened or adhered to the horizontal and vertical joint grooves must be removed using a repair tool and then the liquid joint finishing material must be injected again. There is a problem that the work is complicated and the time required is long.
The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art described above, and the joint finishing material is manufactured as an integral component in the unit panel itself for forming the inner wall panel, thereby omitting a separate additional construction work to create the joint finishing material later. In addition to greatly reducing the working time, the joint finishing material is improved to a detachable structure to provide a prefabricated inner wall panel in which maintenance is more convenient and easy and the joint finishing material is integrally formed.
In order to achieve the above object, the prefabricated inner wall panel integrally formed with the joint finishing material according to the present invention has female and male coupling parts so that continuous coupling arrangement can be made in the longitudinal and transverse directions on the wall, and the female and male Unit panels in which joints and grooves are formed by the coupling part; And a joint finishing material installed in the joint groove of the unit panel, wherein the joint finishing material is a three-dimensional block filled in correspondence with the shape of the joint groove, and is fixedly coupled to the inner wall forming the joint groove to be integrated with the unit panel characterized by
The joint finishing material extends to a length corresponding to the width size of the unit panel, and a fixing protrusion for detachably fixing the joint finishing material is formed on one of the inner wall and the joint finishing material forming the joint groove, and the other One is characterized in that a fixing groove corresponding to the fixing protrusion is formed.
The joint finishing material is characterized in that it is divided into a first divided finishing material located on the inner wall of the joint groove of the female joint of the unit panel and a second divided finishing material located at the end of the male coupling portion.
It is characterized in that a serrated meshing portion is formed on each of the upper and lower surfaces of the first divided finishing material and the second divided finishing material in surface contact with each other to maintain a tight seal.
The joint finishing material further includes a third divided finishing material disposed in front of the first and second divided finishing materials so that the bonding surface of the first divided finishing material and the second divided finishing material is not exposed to the outside, and the third divided finishing material Fitting protrusions protruding toward the inside of the first and second divided finishing materials are formed on the rear surface, and fitting holes corresponding to the fitting protrusions are formed in the first and second divided finishing materials, respectively.
According to the present invention having the configuration as described above, as the joint finishing material is integrally configured in the joint groove of the unit panel, the joint finishing material can be created only by the construction of assembling the unit panels with each other to complete the final inner wall panel accordingly. Not only can the labor cost be lowered by drastically reducing the working time, but there is an effect of fundamentally preventing the stains that the width and height of the joint finishing material are not constant according to the proficiency of the constructor.
In addition, by constructing a fixed protrusion and a fixing groove in which a detachable coupling is made on the inner wall of the joint groove and the joint finishing material, the general public can easily perform detachable repair of the joint finishing material, thereby increasing the convenience of maintenance. It has the effect of significantly reducing the time required.
In addition, since the joint finishing material is divided into the first divided finishing material and the second divided finishing material, the area and weight of the joint finishing material exposed to the outside can be divided and easily reduced, so that the joint finishing material is damaged or deformed from external impact before panel assembly. This can be minimized, and it is possible to combine the first and second divided finishing materials in different colors, so that the interior decoration beauty can be expressed in more sophisticated and detailed detail.
In addition, since the first divided finishing material and the second divided finishing material can increase stress corresponding to external impact in the lateral direction according to the increase in the coupling area in which the sawtooth engagement part engages with each other, arbitrary separation is prevented and external foreign substances and moisture are prevented. It has the effect of fundamentally blocking intrusion.
In addition, by additionally configuring the third divided finishing material disposed in front of the first and second divided finishing materials, the boundary of the bonding surface where the first and second divided finishing materials come into contact with each other is not visible, thereby showing a cleaner and more sophisticated appearance of the joint finishing material. It can give a unique three-dimensional effect according to the width and thickness, thereby increasing the marketability of the product.
