Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to boundary stones that are connected and installed in a row to clarify the boundary, and more particularly, to a boundary stone that is made by recycling waste plastic and can prevent distortion after construction.
Boundary stone is a structure buried to clarify the land boundaries between the administrative system, the public and the public, and materials such as natural stone, concrete, and plastic are used.
However, as the concrete boundary stone absorbs rainwater, its strength is lowered, so it is easily damaged or cracked, so it is frequently replaced. In the case of stone, although it has excellent durability, it is expensive and, as in the case of concrete, has a considerable weight.
Recently, as disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1857925 (registration date; May 08, 2018), many technologies related to road curbstones using waste synthetic resin have been proposed. In the case of using waste synthetic resin, there are advantages in that it is environmentally friendly, inexpensive, and easier to mold, but compared to concrete or stone, durability is weak, it is too light, and distortion easily occurs due to ground deformation after construction.
An object to be solved by the present invention is to provide a warping-preventing boundary structure made by recycling waste plastic, which can enhance durability and weight, and prevent distortion even after ground deformation after construction.
The present invention relates to a boundary structure installed adjacent to a boundary in a row, an outer block made by recycling waste plastic and forming at least one insertion space, and an inner block that is inserted into the insertion space of the outer block and is heavier than the outer block. It includes a coupling part integrally coupling the block and the boundary structure to be connected and installed. One surface of the insertion space of the outer block is opened along a second direction perpendicular to a first direction in which the boundary structures are connected to a plane, and the inner block is inserted through the open surface of the insertion space. The coupling part couples the contiguous boundary structures along the first direction.
The engaging portion includes an engaging protrusion protruding along the first direction from one surface of both surfaces of the outer block along the first direction, and an engaging protrusion formed on the other surface of the outer block and formed on the outer block of the adjacent boundary structure. It may include a coupler inserted along the first direction.
Alternatively, the coupler may include a coupler formed on both sides of the outer block along the first direction at a predetermined depth along the first direction, and a coupler formed on both outer blocks along the first direction between the adjacent boundary structures. It may include a coupling pin fitted in. The coupling part may further include a coupler formed on the inner block along the first direction so that the coupling pin can be fitted to the inner block along the first direction.
The twist-preventing boundary structure recycling waste plastic of the present invention is economical and durable as it can recycle waste plastic, which is the main culprit of environmental problems, by recycling waste plastic to make an outer block and insert an inner block inside the outer block. And weight can be strengthened. In addition, since the external block is made of plastic, the present invention makes it easy to freely express colors and display designs, which is desirable in terms of beautification, and functional color expressions such as fire hydrants and school zones are possible. In addition, the present invention can reduce the burden due to weight during transportation and construction because the inner block can be transported separately from the outer block. In addition, the present invention can prevent the adjacent boundary structures from being twisted together due to ground deformation after construction by integrally combining the adjacent boundary structures with a coupling part.

Referring to the accompanying drawings, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the twist-preventing
The
The
The
The
When the
Only one
This
Meanwhile, a plurality of
The
The
Boundary structures installed adjacent to each other may be integrally coupled along the first direction (arrow L1) by a coupling part during construction.
For example, the
5 and 6 are views showing a distortion-preventing boundary structure using recycled waste plastic according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6 , in the twist-preventing
The
The
7 is a view showing a distortion-preventing boundary structure in which waste plastic is recycled according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 7 , in the twist-preventing
Therefore, the
8 is a cross-sectional view showing a distortion-preventing boundary structure using recycled waste plastics according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 8, in the twist-preventing
