Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a transparent water-soluble cosmetic composition comprising potassium alum and a polyglyceryl-based surfactant.
Cosmetics are used directly on the skin to make the skin clean, healthy and beautiful, and are manufactured by mixing water-soluble substances, oil-soluble substances, dispersants, and the like. Conventionally, in order to give a matte feeling of use, dispersants such as cellulose porous silica, which are not soluble in water and can show a matte feeling of use in a dispersed form, have been mainly used. There was a difficulty in implementing this type of water-soluble formulation. In addition, conventional dispersants such as cellulose porous silica can absorb sebum and give a matte feeling, but do not show the effects of sebum control, pore waste cleansing, and pore contraction.
Meanwhile, alum is also called alum and has a general formula of MIAl(SO 2 ) 2 *12H 2 O or MI 2 SO 4 Al 2 (SO 4 ) 3 *24H 2 O. MI refers to a monovalent metal. It is called potassium alum, potassium alum (KAl(SO 4 ) 2 12H 2 O), ammonium alum ((NH 4 )Al(SO 4 ) 2 12H 2 O), etc., depending on the monovalent metal ion contained. . Potassium alum or potassium aluminum sulfate is a naturally occurring mineral known as kalunite (rock form) and kalunite (fibrous form). It usually exists in rocks as a result of the weathering and oxidation of sulphide and potassium-bearing minerals. Potassium, aluminum and sulfate ions are known to be found widely in food and in the human body. Potassium alum is also referred to as natural mineral salts. Alum suppresses bacteria in the skin through antibacterial action, detoxification action, antiseptic action, sterilization action, etc., controls sweat, gives a tightening feeling to the skin, and gives a sense of tension.
In the cosmetics industry, many products using natural products are being developed to reduce skin irritation caused by various chemicals. Natural materials not only have few side effects on the skin, but also the value of development as a raw material for cosmetics is increasing as consumers' response to cosmetics using natural materials has recently increased.
Polyglyceryl-based surfactant is polyglycerol fatty acid ester obtained by esterification of polyglycerol obtained by dehydration condensation. The starting material of polyglyceryl, which is a hydrophilic part of polyglycerol fatty acid ester, is glycerin, and the use of polyglyceryl-based surfactants is increasing not only in food but also in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. In addition, polyglyceryl surfactants are not affected by temperature compared to conventional polyoxyethylene (PEG) nonionic surfactants, and can be used for emulsification and solubilization. It can be used as a surfactant useful for your needs.

계면활성제polyglyceryl
Surfactants
Specifically, after weighing each dispersant, preservative, and purified water raw material in a beaker according to each component and content described in Table 1, uniformly at 25 rpm for 10 minutes using an Agi mixer at a temperature of 25 to 50 ° C. It was stirred vigorously. Then, after adding a polyglyceryl-based surfactant at a temperature of 25 ° C., the mixture was uniformly stirred at 20 rpm for 5 minutes. Then, air bubbles were removed to prepare Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2.
As can be seen in Figure 1, Example 1 exhibited the characteristics of a transparent solubilized toner in terms of formulation, but Comparative Examples 1 and 2 were opaque in terms of formulation, and it could be confirmed that the powder settled over time.
Through this, Example 1 maintained a transparent form by including potassium alum as a dispersant, but Comparative Examples 1 and 2 included silica or cellulose as a dispersant, so it was confirmed that transparency and powder retention stability were poor in toner formulations.
Experimental Example 1. Comparative evaluation of sebum amount
In order to compare the amount of sebum before and after application of Example 1, 5 test subjects (average age 30.8 years old) were evaluated. For skin measurement, the test subjects washed their face with the prepared cleanser, applied foundation, and then went about their daily lives for 6 hours to induce sebum secretion. Then, the skin was rested for about 10 minutes in a space under constant temperature and humidity conditions (temperature 20 to 24 ° C., humidity 40 to 60%) to adapt to the environment before instrument measurement. Then, after measuring the amount of skin sebum before using Example 1, a 4 X 4 cm square patch-type sheet was impregnated with Example 1 and placed on the skin for 10 minutes, after which the contents were absorbed, and the amount of skin sebum was measured immediately did
The amount of sebum was measured by Sebumeter (CK electronic, Germany) and Visia-CR (Canfield Scientific, Inc., USA), and the amount of sebum before/after use of Example 1 was measured to calculate the change rate, and the results are shown in Table 2 below. and shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 .

Experimental Example 2. Pore improvement evaluation
In order to evaluate the pore improvement before/after the use of Example 1, 20 test subjects (average age 45.2 years old) were subjected to comparative evaluation.
2-1. Pore volume measurement
For the skin measurement, the test subject was allowed to adjust to the measurement environment by taking a rest for about 30 minutes in a space under constant temperature and humidity conditions (temperature 20 to 24°C, humidity 40 to 60%) after washing with the prepared cleanser. After applying Example 1 to the face, the pore volume was measured, and the pore volume was measured again 2 weeks later to compare the pore volume before and after. Pore volume measurements were taken on the cheeks of the face using Antera 3D. Pore volume was analyzed by specifying a specific area of the photograph taken, and used as evaluation data. The unit of the pore volume is mm 3 , and since the analysis value and the degree of pore volume improvement are in inverse proportion, the lower the analysis value, the better the pore volume. After analysis, the pore volume increase (%) was calculated and shown in Table 3 and FIG. 4 below.
As can be seen in Table 3 and FIG. 4, it was confirmed that the pore volume after use of Example 1 was reduced by about 38.45% compared to before use.
2-2. Pore area measurement
For skin measurement, the test subjects were allowed to adjust to the measurement environment after washing their face with the prepared cleanser and resting their skin for about 30 minutes in a space under constant temperature and humidity conditions (temperature 20 to 24 ° C, humidity 40 to 60%). After applying Example 1 to the face, the pore area was measured and measured again 2 weeks later to compare the pore area before and after using Example 1. Pore area measurement was taken using Antera 3D before and immediately after using the test product. Pore area was analyzed by designating a specific area of the photographed image and used as evaluation data. The unit of the pore area is mm 2 , and since the analysis value and the degree of pore area improvement are inversely proportional, the lower the analysis value, the better the pore area. After analysis, the pore area change rate (%) was calculated and shown in Table 4 and FIG. 5 below.
As can be seen in Table 4 and FIG. 5, it was confirmed that the pore area after use of Example 1 was reduced by about 89.475% compared to before use.
2-3. Pore depth measurement
For skin measurement, the test subjects were allowed to adjust to the measurement environment after washing their face with the prepared cleanser and resting their skin for about 30 minutes in a space under constant temperature and humidity conditions (temperature 20 to 24 ° C, humidity 40 to 60%). After applying Example 1 to the face, the pore depth was measured and measured again 2 weeks later to compare the maximum pore depth before and after using Example 1. To measure the maximum depth of pores, the cheek area of the face was taken before and immediately after using the test product using Antera 3D. The maximum pore depth was analyzed by designating a specific area of the photographed image and used as evaluation data. The unit of the maximum pore depth is mm 3 , and since the analysis value and the degree of improvement in the maximum pore depth are inversely proportional, the lower the analysis value, the better the maximum pore depth. After analysis, the pore area change rate (%) was calculated and shown in Table 5 and FIG. 6 below.
As can be seen in Table 5 and FIG. 6, it was confirmed that the maximum pore depth after use of Example 1 was reduced by about 11.523% compared to before use.
Experimental Example 3. Detergency measurement of waste materials (dust mimetic) in pores
For skin measurement, the test subjects washed their face with the prepared cleanser, and then took a rest for about 30 minutes in a space under constant temperature and humidity conditions (temperature 20 to 24 ° C, humidity 40 to 60%) to adapt to the measurement environment. After applying Example 1 to the face, the pore depth was measured and measured again 2 weeks later to measure the cleansing power of wastes in the pores before and after using Example 1. To measure the cleaning power of wastes in the pores, the effect of removing wastes in the pores of Example 1 was confirmed through the extent to which the dust mimics stuck in the pores were cleaned by Example 1 after the dust mimics were applied to the pores next to the nose of the face. Pores were photographed using Folliscope 5.0. The photographed picture was used as evaluation data by analyzing the pixel value of a specific area with Image pro plus, an image analysis program. The waste in the pores and the pixel analysis value are proportional, so the lower the analysis value, the more the waste in the pores is cleaned by the test product. After analysis, the waste cleaning power in the pores was calculated and shown in Table 6 and FIG. 6 below.
As can be seen in Table 6 and FIG. 6, it was confirmed that the cleaning rate of the dust mimetic in the pores was reduced by about 98.147% after the use of Example 1 compared to before use.
