Claims (10)
- 환자의 손목에 착용되어 상기 환자의 생체신호와 활동정보를 측정할 수 있도록 형성되는 스마트손목밴드와;
상기 스마트손목밴드와 무선으로 신호를 송수신하여 데이터를 전송할 수 있도록 형성되는 게이트웨이와;
상기 게이트웨이와 연결되어 상기 스마트손목밴드로부터 전송되는 생체신호 및 활동정보를 수집할 수 있도록 형성되는 서버와;
상기 서버와 연동되어 상기 서버에 저장된 상기 환자의 생체신호 및 활동정보를 실시간으로 모니터링할 수 있도록 형성되는 관리장치;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
스마트손목밴드를 활용한 입원환자용 환자관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 스마트손목밴드는
사용자의 손목에 밀착될 수 있도록 착용수단이 형성되어 있는 하우징과;
상기 하우징에 형성되며 상기 환자의 생체신호, 낙상상태, 위치 중 어느 하나 이상을 측정할 수 있는 센서부와;
상기 하우징 내부에 형성되어 배터리를 통해 전력을 저장하고 무선으로 상기 배터리를 충전할 수 있도록 형성되는 충전부와;
상기 센서부를 통해 측정된 정보를 상기 게이트웨이로 무선으로 전송할 수 있도록 형성되는 통신부와;
상기 센서부, 상기 충전부, 상기 통신부의 동작을 제어하는 제어부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는
스마트손목밴드를 활용한 입원환자용 환자관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 서버는
상기 스마트손목밴드로부터 측정된 데이터를 수집하여 저장하는 데이터 저장부와;
상기 스마트손목밴드로부터 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 건강상태, 낙상상태, 구역이탈 상태 중 어느 하나 이상을 판단하는 데이터 처리부와;
상기 데이터 처리부에서 판단된 정보에 따라 상기 관리장치에 알람이 발생되도록 신호를 전송하는 신호 전송부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는
스마트손목밴드를 활용한 입원환자용 환자관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 스마트손목밴드는
상기 환자의 개인정보, 질병정보, 진료정보, 처방정보, 입원정보, 관리정보 중 어느 하나 이상을 저장하기 위한 NFC모듈;을 더 포함하며,
의료진은 상기 관리장치를 통해 상기 NFC 모듈을 태그하여 약물 복약 또는 투약시 상기 환자 및 처방상태를 교차 검증할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는
스마트손목밴드를 활용한 입원환자용 환자관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 스마트손목밴드는
상기 환자의 움직임과 활동정보를 수집하기 위한 IMU센서와;
기압을 통해 고도를 측정하는 기압센서;를 더 포함하며,
상기 IMU센서와 상기 기압센서에서 취득된 정보를 통해 상기 환자가 낙상된 것이 감지되면 상기 서버를 통해 상기 관리장치로 긴급 호출 및 응급대응을 위한 경보 신호를 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는
스마트손목밴드를 활용한 입원환자용 환자관리 시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 스마트손목밴드의 착용수단은
종이재질로 이루어져 있고 일면에는 접착성분이 도포되어 있는 1회용 띠지를 이용하여 상기 하우징이 상기 환자의 손목에 밀착되어 고정되도록 형성되며,
상기 서버는
상기 띠지가 훼손되거나 손목에서 이탈되어 상기 스마트손목밴드가 일정 시간 이상 움직임이 없거나 착용상태가 아닌 것으로 판단되면 상기 관리장치를 통해 경보를 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는
스마트손목밴드를 활용한 입원환자용 환자관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 스마트손목밴드는 환자의 위치를 파악할 수 있는 GPS;를 더 포함하며,
상기 서버는 상기 환자가 병원을 이탈, 병원 내 특정 공간 및 구역을 이탈하는 것을 감지하여 상기 관리장치로 경보를 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는
스마트손목밴드를 활용한 입원환자용 환자관리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 스마트손목밴드는
진동 또는 소리를 통해 상기 환자에게 상태정보, 건강정보, 진료정보, 일정정보, 기기정보, 서버정보의 중 어느 하나 이상을 알리는 출력부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
스마트손목밴드를 활용한 입원환자용 환자관리 시스템.
- 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 출력부는
의료진의 처방 정보에 따라 상기 환자의 복약시간, 재활시간, 진료시간 및 지시사항을 출력하여 상기 환자의 일정을 자동으로 안내하는 것을 특징으로 하는
스마트손목밴드를 활용한 입원환자용 환자관리 시스템.

상기 스마트손목밴드는
도움이 필요한 경우 음성인식 또는 모션인식을 통해 의료진을 호출할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는
