The present invention relates to a ring structure that enables safe binding without using solder or a locking device and without deformation of shape.
The present invention relates to a structure of a ring that is safely bound without using solder or a locking device and without deformation of shape. The ring structure is also called a chain, and each part constituting the chain can also be called a ring. The Korean dictionary says that a chain refers to a string made by connecting several rings made of iron. When making it thick and large, it is used for a sprocket to transmit power, or it is used where a chain is made with a thick and hard ring and bound with a very strong force. A chain with a rigid structure is made of metal but has a closed structure. It is formed by inserting another ring into a loop forming a closed curve, making the inserted ring form a closed shape, and connecting several such rings.
The rings used to form the chain structure as shown in FIG. 1 have one side open in a round shape. For binding, the rings are joined together and then welded to prevent the rings from escaping. Rings used for ornaments such as necklaces are often not made in a closed form, but when used for industrial purposes, solder or use a separate coupling device to prevent the ring structure from being released.
However, in this structure, when making a chain structure, the ring must be widened enough to fit another ring and then closed again, and in many cases, the closed part is welded separately to create a closed structure. There was a possibility that the part that had been opened could be opened again, so there was a high possibility that the ring would break away. Welding reduces the possibility of separation, but if a completely closed structure is not created, the open part is more likely to be released and the chain structure is released.
In addition, welding to create a closed structure not only increases the production cost, but in the conventional chain structure, the difficulty of the work was high because the chain structure had to be opened and closed again at least enough to pass through the rings constituting the chain. Since it was closed, there was a high possibility that it would be transformed again.
The chain at the bottom of Figure 1 forms a wall in the middle so that the chain does not move. In this case, the deceased does not move around freely because the other rings are connected to each other when both sides of the ring are opened, but the durability is lower.
The present invention has been devised to overcome the above disadvantages, and it is possible to make a chain that is easily coupled between rings, but is not easily released and does not require a separate means for coupling such as solder or locking device. It aims to provide a ring.
In order to achieve the above object, to provide a ring that enables binding without damage, the
The
The surfaces facing each other in the
When arranging the two rings so that each

It has the effect of providing a chain structure in which bonding is easy and hard bonding is achieved by the ring as described above.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 2 shows one embodiment according to the present invention. The ring according to the present invention includes a
The
In FIG. 2, the end of the
Since the
That is, in order for the two rings to pass through the
The case where the end of the
In addition, when the end is like a dot, the probability of disengagement is higher than that of a line, but there may be cases where it is unavoidable in terms of design, and even so, when the
In addition, when combining using the
In addition, in order to make it easy to unfold and fold, it is best to make the cross section circular as shown in Figure 1, and if the conventional ring is difficult to unfold and fold, it is difficult to combine, so it is not easy to insert a reinforcing part for durability, but the present invention In the case of a ring such as , it is possible to form a reinforcement part because it does not have to be unfolded or folded at all. 3, the reinforcing
