시료채취주머니에 일단 개구공이 통하도록 결합되며 타단 개구공과 통하는 통로가 내부에 형성된 몸체와,
상기 몸체의 내부에 결합되며 통로를 개폐하는 디스크가 형성되고, 디스크에 연결된 회전봉과, 회전봉에 연결되어 외부에 결합된 노브와,
상기 몸체의 타단 개구공과 통하며 시료채취주머니의 외측으로 형성되며 기체가 통과되는 입구 통공이 형성된 주입포트와,
상기 주입포트에 결합되는 마개를 포함하는 것으로,
상기 주입포트는 입구 통공이 형성된 단부에서부터 외주면이 매끄럽게 형성되고, 상기 몸체와 연결되는 부위에 나사산이 형성되며,
상기 마개는
상기 주입포트에 결합되도록 삽입공이 일단에 형성되고, 타단에는 주사바늘이 삽입되는 홀이 형성되며, 내부에는 삽입공과 홀이 통하도록 삽입로가 형성되고,
상기 삽입로에 삽입되며 상기 홀에 밀착되도록 하며 연질로 된 셉텀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시료채취주머니의 개폐밸브 및 셉텀마개.
