Abstract
본 고안은 쇠파이프로만든 사각형틀과 선박에 사각형틀을 고정시키기위한 장치로서 해면어업이 허가된 자망어업어선의 좌· 우현에 수산업법상 허가된 어구와함께 부착하여 해면어류를 포획할수있도록 고안 된것으로 어족자원을 고갈시키는{ 幽靈漁業(유령어업): 어업인들이 버리거나 태풍등으로 유실된 폐그물·폐통발에 해양생물이 갇혀죽는것}을 예방하고.
친환경적이고 지속가능한 어업을 위하여 고안한 것으로 기존에 해면에 말뚝 등으로 고정시키어 자하(포획이허가된곤쟁이류)등을 포획하는 방법에비하여 幽靈漁業(유령어업)의소지가 전혀없는 것으로, 또한 어선이 폐그물등으로 인한 해양안전사고위험을 피할수있음으로 수산당국의 적극권장 필요성이 대두되고있는 고안이다.
고안된 사각형틀을 해면에 내려 조업을 한후 다시 선박에 올리는 방식으로 허가된어구를 조업시에만 사용하는 {幽靈漁業(유령어업):어업인들이 버리거나 태풍등으로 유실된 폐그물·폐통발에 해양생물이 갇혀죽는것}의 소지가 전혀 없도록 친환경적이고 지속가능한 어업을 위하여 고안된것이며 연안에서는 행락철에 해수면에서 위험에처한 행락객을 구조하는도구로도 유용한것임.The present invention is a device for fixing a square frame made of iron pipe and a square frame to a ship, and is designed to capture sponge fish by attaching it to the left and starboard sides of a gillnet fishing boat permitted for sponge fishing along with fishing gear permitted under the Fisheries Act To prevent depletion of fish resources {幽靈漁業 (ghost fishing): the death of marine life trapped in waste nets and waste traps abandoned by fishermen or lost due to typhoons}
