Abstract

The present invention relates to a portable food ingredient analysis module, comprising: an exterior light shielding member which blocks food to be measured from being exposed to the external light and surrounds a board member, a sensor member, a display member, and an analysis member; the board member in which the food is placed on the upper surface and which irradiates light from the bottom surface of the food to scan the same; the sensor member which senses the spectral data and color data of the scan light from the board member; the analysis member which analyzes the single calorie, nutrients, ingredients, and contamination level of the food by using the spectral data and color data detected by the sensor member; and the display member which displays the information of the food analyzed by the analysis member on a display. The portable food ingredient analysis module can provide reliable and quantitative data on food by analyzing different ingredients of the food at a time.

상기 식품을 상면에 위치시키고, 상기 식품의 바닥면에서 빛을 조사하여 스캔하는 보드부재;
상기 보드부재에서 스캔된 빛의 분광 데이터 및 색 데이터를 감지하는 센서부재;
상기 센서부재에서 감지된 분광 데이터 및 색 데이터를 이용하여 상기 식품의 단일 열량, 영양소, 성분, 오염도를 분석하는 분석부재; 및
상기 분석부재에서 분석된 상기 식품의 정보를 디스플레이에 표시하는 디스플레이부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개인 휴대용 식품 구성 성분 및 유해성 분석 모듈.
