Abstract

The present invention relates to an apparatus which extrudes TPU and bonds the same with a PTFE film so as to manufacture a film for a wire cable POD used in the semiconductor and display industries. According to the present invention, the PTFE film, which is elongated well in a width direction, is elongated in the width direction by adjusting the same with a predetermined tension and to a predetermined width by means of a tension roller unit and a guide roller unit so as to prevent the PTFE film from being pushed or wrinkles from forming in the PTFE film so that the PTFE film can be uniformly maintained as a carrier film, and the PTFE film is pressed under a predetermined pressure while bonding the same with TPU extruded through a t-die. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a TPU-PTFE bonded film with a desired pod thickness.

상기 공급롤러부로부터 공급되는 PTFE필름을 이송하는 공급가이드롤러부와;
상기 공급가이드롤러부로부터 이송되는 PTFE필름을 폭조절 및 장력부여를 하는 2쌍의 롤러로 구성되는 텐션롤러부와;
PTFE필름의 표면에 TPU를 도포하기 위해 TPU를 T다이를 통해 압출하는 TPU압출기와;
상기 TPU가 도포된 TPU­PTFE접합필름을 이송하는 상·하부롤러부와;
상기 하부롤러와 접하도록 형성된 제1압입롤러부와;
상기 제1압입롤러부로부터 이송되는 TPU­PTFE접합필름의 TPU를 냉각하는 칠러롤러부와;
상기 칠러롤러부와 접하도록 형성된 제2압입롤러부와;
상기 칠러롤러부로부터 송출되는 TPU­PTFE접합필름을 권취하는 와인더부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 TPU­PTFE접합필름의 제조장치.
