Herbal plants have been used for a variety of human treatments for centuries due to their excellent therapeutic effects and low toxicity, and have been used for thousands of years in many countries around the world as raw materials for foods, spices, pigments, and cosmetics as well as medicines. The positive effects of herbal plants have been attributed to the presence of various phytochemicals, phenolics, flavonoids and tannins, such as anti-inflammatory and antibacterial, antioxidant effects, and have played an important role in the prevention and treatment of diseases. Since antibiotics added to feed have been banned, strategic feed feeding plans to replace the use of antibiotics have emerged, and various additives have been used.

Under this background, the inventors of the present invention ( Achyranthes japonica Nakai ) have the effect of immunity and antioxidant activity, and when it is added to the pig feed, it is confirmed that the growth rate is improved by alleviating various environmental stresses occurring during the breeding process completed the present invention.

In order to calculate the daily weight gain, daily feed intake, and feed efficiency, the body weight of each individual was measured at the start of the test, 5 weeks of the test, and at the end of the test (10 weeks). Feed intake was calculated by subtracting the remaining amount from feed intake at the time of weight measurement, and feed efficiency was calculated by dividing daily weight gain by feed intake.
