Claims (16)
- 양극 집전체, 제1 합재층, 제2 합재층 및 분리막이 순차적으로 적층된 구조를 가지며, 하기 식 1 및 식 2의 조건을 만족하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극:
[식 1] 5 ≤ A/B
[식 2] 1 ≤ B/C
상기 식 1 및 2에서,
A는 양극 집전체와 제1 합재층 간의 접착력을 나타내고,
B는 제1 합재층과 제2 합재층 간의 접착력을 나타내며,
C는 제2 합재층과 분리막 간의 접착력을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1 합재층은 전체 100 중량부에 대하여, 제1 활물질 60~98 중량부, 제1 바인더 2~30 중량부 및 제1 도전재 10 중량부 이하로 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1 합재층은 하기 식 3 및 4 중 어느 하나 이상의 조건을 만족하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극:
[식 3] 4 ≤ a/b ≤ 20
[식 4] 15 < a/c
상기 식 3 및 4에서,
a는 제1 활물질의 함량을 나타내고,
b는 제1 바인더의 함량을 나타내며,
c는 제1 도전재의 함량을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제2 합재층은 전체 100 중량부에 대하여, 제2 활물질 70~98 중량부, 제2 바인더 1~20 중량부 및 제2 도전재 10 중량부 이하로 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1 합재층 및 제2 합재층은 하기 식 5 내지 식 7 중 어느 하나 이상의 조건을 만족하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극:

[식 7] c<c'
상기 식 5 내지 7에서,
a, b 및 c는 상기 식 3 및 4에서 정의한 바와 동일하고,
a'는 제2 활물질의 함량을 나타내며,
b'는 제2 바인더의 함량을 나타내고,
c'는 제2 도전재의 함량을 나타낸다.
- 제2항에 있어서,
제1 활물질은 하기 화학식 1로 나타내는 리튬 인산철을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극:

Li1+xFe1-yM1 y(PO4-z)Xz
상기 화학식 1에서,
M1은 Al, Mg 및 Ti 중에서 선택된 1종 이상이고, X는 F, S 및 N 중에서 선택된 1종 이상이며,
-0.5≤x≤+0.5, 0≤y≤0.5, 0≤z≤0.1이다.
- 제2항에 있어서,
제1 활물질의 평균 입도(D50)는 4㎛ 이하인 리튬 이차전지용 양극.
- 제2항에 있어서,
제1 활물질의 비표면적(BET)은 2 ㎡/g 이상인 리튬 이차전지용 양극.
- 제4항에 있어서,
제2 활물질은 하기 화학식 2로 나타내는 리튬니켈 산화물을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극:

상기 화학식 2에서,
M2는 Al, Zr, Ti, Mg, Ta, Nb, Mo 및 Cr로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 원소이고,
0.9≤p≤1.5, 0≤q≤1, 0≤r≤0.5, 0≤s≤0.1, 0≤q+r+s≤1이다.
- 제4항에 있어서,
제2 활물질의 평균 입도(D50)는 제1 활물질보다 큰 평균 입도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1 합재층의 평균 두께는 0.1㎛ 내지 200㎛인 양극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1 합재층의 평균 두께는 0.1㎛ 내지 10㎛인 양극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
분리막은 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌-폴리프로필렌 공중합체 및 유리섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
분리막의 평균 두께는 5㎛ 내지 300㎛인 리튬 이차전지용 양극.
- 제1항에 있어서,
분리막의 통기도는 150 내지 350 sec/100 ml인 리튬 이차전지용 양극.
- 제1항에 따른 양극 및 상기 양극의 분리막과 접하도록 위치하는 음극을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
