상기 양측에 형성된 등받이프레임 각각의 외면을 감싸도록 결합되며 일측이 개구되어 있고 상하 개구부를 가지며 'ㄷ'자 형상의 단면으로 된 클램프와,
상기 클램프의 측면으로부터 관통하여 나사결합되는 조임볼트와, 상기 조임볼트의 단부에 나사결합되며 등받이프레임의 외면 일측에 밀착되는 제1패드와, 상기 클램프의 내면에 부착되며 등받이프레임의 외면 타측에 제1패드로 구성되는 조임부재;
상기 양측 등받이프레임에 각기 결합된 양측 클램프에 각기 수평하게 형성되는 양 관체와, 상기 양 관체에 삽입되어 연결하는 연결봉으로 이루어져 길이가 조절되는 가로연결바;
