Claims (7)
- 알루미늄층 상에 전도성 산화층이 적층된 구조를 포함하는 집전체로서,
상기 알루미늄층의 두께는 70 nm 이상이고,
상기 전도성 산화층의 두께는 30 내지 180 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 산화층은 인듐산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 인듐산화물은, 산화인듐(Indium Oxide), 산화주석인듐(ITO), 산화아연인듐(IZO), 산화주석아연인듐(ITZO) 및 산화갈륨아연인듐(IGZO)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 집전체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 집전체의 면저항 값은 3 Ω/sqare 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 집전체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 산화층은 이차전지의 양극 활물질 방향으로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 집전체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 집전체 및 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극; 및 음극을 포함하는 박막전지.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 양극 활물질은 상기 집전체의 전도성 산화층 상에 적층되는 것인, 박막전지.
