Referring to FIG. 2 , the first step ( S100 ) is a step of first installing separate sorting boxes at a waste discharge place, and sorting and collecting the textile waste according to the shape of the textile waste.

That is, in the first step (S100), when general waste is discharged, separate sorting boxes are installed to classify and collect fabric waste, but various types of fabric waste such as shoelaces, towels, masks, clothes, furoshiki, scarves, etc. It is to sort and collect according to the type.

In addition, the type of waste discharged varies according to residential areas such as apartments, commercial areas where general companies and shops are concentrated, administrative areas where government offices are concentrated, and educational areas where schools are dense. Setting up sorting boxes.

In the second step (S200), recycled products to be manufactured using textile waste, for example, handkerchiefs, towels, foot mats, rags, tablecloths, and scarves to be manufactured are determined, and detailed design necessary for manufacturing the determined recycled products This is the stage of preparing the drawing.

In this case, the detailed design drawing is information input to the laser cutting machine, and refers to a drawing for cutting textile waste into detailed pieces according to the detailed design drawing input by the laser cutting machine.

The third step (S300) is a step of selecting the textile waste having a material or shape suitable for the recycled product to be manufactured, determined through the second step (S200), from among the sorted and collected fabric waste.

Here, in the third step (S300), the first step (S100) of the textile waste collected from a separate sorting box installed at the waste discharge place, the second step (S200) of the textile waste suitable for the recycled product to be manufactured. In the selection process, for example, if the recycled product to be produced is a handkerchief, textile waste suitable for the handkerchief is selected, and if the recycled product to be produced is a foot mat, a textile waste suitable for the foot mat is selected.

On the other hand, if there is a contaminated part of the sorted and collected textile waste, it is washed and cut with a laser cutter in a fourth step (S400), which will be described later, in a good state of the material.
