Claims (15)
- 전극 리드들을 포함하는 복수의 전지셀이 적층된 전지셀 적층체;
상기 전극 리드들이 돌출된 상기 전지셀 적층체의 전면과 후면을 각각 덮는 제1 센싱 블록과 제2 센싱 블록; 및
상기 제1 센싱 블록, 상기 제2 센싱 블록 및 상기 전지셀 적층체의 양 측면을 커버하는 탄성부재를 포함하고,
상기 제1 센싱 블록 및 상기 제2 센싱 블록 각각은, 상기 전지셀 적층체가 위치한 방향과 반대 방향으로 돌출된 외측 돌출부들을 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 탄성 부재가 상기 제1 센싱 블록의 외측 돌출부들과 상기 제2 센싱 블록의 외측 돌출부들을 감싸는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 제1 센싱 블록은, 상기 제1 센싱 블록의 양 단부에서 상기 전지셀 적층체가 위치한 방향과 반대 방향으로 돌출된 제1 외측 돌출부들을 포함하고,
상기 제2 센싱 블록은, 상기 제2 센싱 블록의 양 단부에서 상기 전지셀 적층체가 위치한 방향과 반대 방향으로 돌출된 제2 외측 돌출부들을 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제3항에서,
상기 탄성부재는, 상기 제1 외측 돌출부들 및 상기 제2 외측 돌출부들을 감싸면서 이어지는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 탄성부재는 상기 제1 센싱 블록, 상기 제2 센싱 블록 및 상기 전지셀 적층체의 상기 양 측면을 따라 연속적으로 이어지는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 전지셀 적층체의 상면과 하면이 노출되는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 전극 리드는, 상기 전지셀로부터 서로 대향하는 방향으로 돌출된 제1 전극 리드 및 제2 전극 리드를 포함하는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 전지셀 적층체의 상기 전면 및 상기 후면에서, 상기 전극 리드들 중 적어도 2개의 전극 리드들끼리 연결되어 전극 리드 접합체를 형성하는 전지 모듈. - 제8항에서,
상기 제1 센싱 블록 및 상기 제2 센싱 블록 중 적어도 하나에 LV(Low Voltage) 센싱 조립체가 위치하고,
상기 LV 센싱 조립체가 상기 전극 리드 접합체와 연결되는 전지 모듈. - 제8항에서,
상기 제1 센싱 블록 및 상기 제2 센싱 블록에 슬릿이 형성되고,
상기 전극 리드들은, 상기 슬릿을 통과하고 구부러져, 상기 전극 리드 접합체를 형성하는 전지 모듈. - 제10항에서,
상기 외측 돌출부들로 인해, 상기 탄성부재가 상기 전극 리드 접합체와 이격되는 전지 모듈. - 제1항에서,
상기 전지셀들 사이에 위치하는 냉각핀을 더 포함하고,
상기 제1 센싱 블록 및 상기 제2 센싱 블록 중 적어도 하나는, 상기 전지셀 적층체가 위치한 방향으로 돌출된 내측 돌출부를 포함하며,
상기 냉각핀이 상기 내측 돌출부와 접하는 전지 모듈. - 제12항에서,
상기 내측 돌출부의 돌출 길이와 상기 내측 돌출부와 접하는 상기 냉각핀의 길이의 합이, 상기 전지셀의 셀 본체의 길이와 같거나 더 큰 전지 모듈. - 제1항에 따른 전지 모듈;
상기 전지 모듈을 수납하는 팩 프레임; 및
상기 전지 모듈과 상기 팩 프레임의 바닥부 사이에 위치하는 열전도성 수지(Thermal resin)층을 포함하고,
상기 탄성부재는 하부가 개방되어, 상기 전지셀 적층체의 하면이 노출되는 전지팩. - 제14항에서,
상기 전지셀 적층체의 상기 하면은 상기 열전도성 수지층과 접촉하는 전지팩.
