Abstract

A method for manufacturing a fashion accessory bracelet according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: preparing a base; fixing at least a part of the base with a fixing member so as to allow the at least a part of the base to be pleated; allowing at least a part of the fixing member to be wound around by a first decorative member; attaching a second decorative member to the first decorative member; attaching a fastening member to the base; and forming a through hole at one end of the base, wherein the other end of the base is coupled to the fastening member by passing through the through hole.

Description

The manufacturing method of the bracelet for accessories {METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DECORATIONS FOR USE IN BRACELET}

The present disclosure relates to a method of manufacturing a bracelet for an accessory, and more particularly, to a method of manufacturing a bracelet for an accessory that can be worn over clothes.

Accessories refer to accessories made for decoration, and are also called ornaments. The scope of accessories broadly refers to anything that can be worn on the body, such as bags and shoes, but generally refers to accessories such as necklaces, earrings, and bracelets that are intended for decoration rather than practical use.

The bracelet refers to a ring-shaped accessory worn on the wrist, and may be manufactured using various materials. In addition, various objects (eg, jewelry or decorative elements made of various materials such as metal) may be attached to the ring-shaped bracelet.

In order to fix the conventional bracelet to the wrist, a hand may be passed through the bracelet without a fastener or a separate fastener such as a strap may be used. However, since the above-mentioned bracelet is manufactured for the purpose of being fixed to the wrist, there is a problem in that it is difficult to wear it over clothes.

Embodiments disclosed in the present specification were devised in view of the above circumstances, and provide a method of manufacturing a bracelet for accessories that can be worn over clothes, out of a general strap-type bracelet.

A method of manufacturing an accessory bracelet according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes the steps of preparing a base, fixing at least a portion of the base with a fixing member so that at least a portion of the base is wrinkled, and first decorating at least a portion of the fixing member Winding the member, attaching the second decorative member to the first decorative member, attaching the fastening member to the base, and forming a through hole at one end of the base, wherein the other end of the base has a through hole It passes through and is coupled to the fastening member.

According to one embodiment, the other end of the base is formed in the form of a strap (strap).

According to an embodiment, the step of preparing the base includes cutting at least one material selected from among natural fabrics, synthetic fabrics, natural leather, synthetic leather, natural rubber, and synthetic rubber using a convex device.

According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the accessory bracelet can be worn over clothes in the form of a sleeve, and can produce a unique decorative effect in the form of a butterfly sleeve.

In addition, according to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the accessory bracelet is easy to wear by the user alone through the fastening member.

Hereinafter, specific contents for carrying out the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, in the following description, if there is a risk of unnecessarily obscuring the gist of the present disclosure, detailed descriptions of well-known functions or configurations will be omitted.

1 is a front view of a bracelet base 100 for accessories according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1 , the base 100 includes a left part 110 , a right part 120 , a central part 130 , a strap part 140 , a plurality of fixing holes 150 , 160 , 170 , and a through hole ( 180) may be included.

In one embodiment, the base 100 may correspond to the body of the bracelet for accessories. Specifically, the base 100 may be a part of a bracelet wrapped around a user's wrist or the like. The base 100 may have an opening formed through additional processing or additional materials may be added.

The step of preparing the base 100 may be a part of the steps for manufacturing an accessory bracelet. The base 100 may be prepared by cutting the fabric with a convex device or the like. In this case, the edge of the base 100 cut by the convex device may be finished with a finishing agent. The fabric and manufacturing method of the base 100 will be described in detail with reference to the following drawings.

The base 100 may have a left portion 110 on the left and a right portion 120 on the right with respect to the central portion 130 . In this case, the central part 130 may be configured to connect the left part 110 and the right part 120 . As shown in FIG. 1 , the central portion 130 may be formed to have a shorter vertical width than the left portion 110 and the right portion 120 . Additionally, the base 100 may have a strap portion 140 extending from one end of the right portion 120 to one side.

In one embodiment, the base 100 excluding the strap portion 140 may be formed in the shape of a butterfly sleeve. In this case, the left part 110 and the right part 120 may be formed in an asymmetrical shape to have different sizes and/or shapes. For example, as shown in FIG. 1 , the size of the left part 110 is larger than the size of the right part 120 , and the vertical width A of the left part 110 is the vertical width B of the right part 120 . It may be longer, but is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the left portion 110 and the right portion 120 may be symmetrical to have the same size and/or shape.

The base 100 may be manufactured in a size suitable to be worn on a wrist. For example, the base 100 may be manufactured in a small size and a medium size according to the size of the wrist. The size and/or shape of each component of the base 100 , that is, the left part 110 , the right part 120 , the central part 130 , and the strap part 140 may vary depending on the size of the base 100 . In one embodiment, when the base 100 is manufactured in a small size, the vertical width A of the left part 110 may correspond to 10.2 cm, and the vertical width B of the right part 120 may correspond to 6.2 cm. . In another embodiment, when the base 100 is manufactured in a medium size, the vertical width A of the left part 110 may correspond to 10.3 cm, and the vertical width B of the right part 120 may correspond to 6.3 cm. .

The central part 130 may be fixed by a fixing member (not shown). Specifically, the central portion 130 may be fixed to be wrinkled by winding the fixing member along the longitudinal circumference of the central portion 130 . The method of manufacturing an accessory bracelet may include fixing at least a portion of the base 100, that is, the central portion 130 with a fixing member so that the central portion 130 is pleated.

The fixing member may be an auxiliary material that winds around the central portion 130 . In one embodiment, the central part 130 may be fixed by winding a fixing member made of a material that does not deform, such as wire, along the circumference of the central part 130 . In another embodiment, the central portion 130 may be fixed by knotting a fixing member made of a material that deforms, such as a natural fabric.

The strap part 140 may be formed to extend from the right part 120 to one side. As shown in FIG. 1 , the strap unit 140 may be formed to be elongated to one side along the direction in which the base 100 is wound around the wrist. In one embodiment, the strap part 140 may be manufactured separately from the right part 120 and then fixed to one side of the right part 120 . In this case, the strap part 140 may be made of a material different from that of the right part 120 .

The strap unit 140 may include one or more fixing holes so that the coupling length of the strap unit 140 to the base 100 can be adjusted according to whether the bracelet is worn on clothes or on a bare arm. In an embodiment, a first fixing hole 150 , a second fixing hole 160 , and a third fixing hole 170 may be formed in the strap part 140 . In another embodiment, the first fixing hole 150 and the second fixing hole 160 may be formed in the strap unit 140 , and the third fixing hole 170 may be formed in the right side part 120 . A fastening member (not shown) may be fixedly disposed in the third fixing hole 170 .

The size and/or position of each of the plurality of fixing holes 150 , 160 , and 170 may be different depending on the size of the base 100 . In one embodiment, when the base 100 is a small size, the first fixing hole 150 at a position spaced apart from the end of the strap unit 140 by 1.9 cm, the first fixing hole 150 at a position spaced apart by 1.5 cm from the first fixing hole 150 . In the second fixing hole 160 , and a third fixing hole 170 may be formed at a position spaced apart by 4.5 cm from the second fixing hole 160 . In another embodiment, when the base 100 is a medium size, the first fixing hole 150 is spaced apart from the end of the strap unit 140 by 1.5 cm, and the first fixing hole 150 is spaced apart by 1.5 cm from the first fixing hole 150 . In the second fixing hole 160 , and a third fixing hole 170 may be formed at a position 5 cm apart from the second fixing hole 160 .

In one embodiment, the method of manufacturing an accessory bracelet may include forming a through hole 180 at one end of the base 100 . For example, as shown in FIG. 1 , a through hole 180 may be formed in the left part 110 . The through hole 180 may be an opening through which the strap unit 140 passes. The through hole 180 may be formed in a size/shape corresponding to the width and length of the strap unit 140 . A method in which the strap unit 140 is fixed to the base 100 through the through hole 180 will be described in detail with reference to the following drawings.

2 shows a fabric 210 and a convex device 220 for cutting the fabric 210 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. A method of manufacturing an accessory bracelet may include preparing a base ( 100 in FIG. 1 ). In this case, the step of preparing the base may include cutting the fabric 210 using the convex device 220 .

The fabric 210 may be selected as a fabric suitable for the base of the bracelet for accessories. For example, the fabric 210 may be any one or a combination of natural fabrics, synthetic fabrics, natural leather, synthetic leather, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, acrylic, and fur. In one embodiment, the fabric 210 may be composed of a single fabric. In this case, the one-sided cross-section may change the texture through surface treatment for aesthetics. In another embodiment, the fabric 210 may be in the form of overlapping two or more fabrics.

The convex device 220 may be a device for cutting the fabric 210 . The convex device 220 may include a convex frame and a hole formed therein. The convex frame may be configured to be the same as the base or slightly larger than the base. The hole may have a size predetermined by the user and may have an empty center. The hole has a certain shape and can penetrate through the ferrous frame. In one embodiment, the shape and shape of the convex device 220 is not limited, and may be configured in various shapes according to the shape of the base.

After the convex device 220 is placed on the upper surface of the fabric 210 , the fabric 210 may be cut in the shape of a hole by applying a force from top to bottom. According to one embodiment, in order to cut the fabric 210, a certain amount of force must be applied to the convex device 220. For example, the convex device 220 may be positioned on the upper portion of the fabric 210 and cut by applying force with a hammer, or a method of pressing and pressing the member using a convex press including the convex device 220 may be used. However, the present invention is not limited thereto.

When cutting by hand, such as cutting with scissors without embossing, the size of each product is not constant, the shape is distorted, and the adhesion is poor. When the convex device 220 is used in cutting the fabric 210, various types of bases are produced, and the size and shape of the base are constant when overlapping accessory bracelets, and the adhesiveness is good and the ends are precisely formed In addition, by increasing the work speed, the work efficiency and productivity of manufacturing an accessory bracelet can be improved.

3 is a front view of an accessory bracelet 300 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

As shown in FIG. 3 , the accessory bracelet 300 has a left part 310 , a right part 320 , a pattern 330 , a central part ( 410 in FIG. 4 ), a fixing member (not shown), and a first decorative member. ( 420 in FIG. 4 ), a second decorative member 340 , a strap part 350 , a first fixing hole 360 , a second fixing hole 370 , a fastening member 380 , and a through hole 390 . can do.

In one embodiment, the bracelet 300 for accessories of FIG. 3 may be a bracelet manufactured using the base 100 of FIG. 1 . In this case, the left part 310 , the right part 320 , the strap part 350 , the first fixing hole 360 , the second fixing hole 370 , and the through hole 390 of FIG. 3 are the left part of FIG. 1 . 110 , the right side part 120 , the strap part 140 , the first fixing hole 150 , the second fixing hole 160 , and the through hole 180 may correspond to each other. In FIG. 3 , a description of the configuration corresponding to the configuration shown in FIG. 1 will be omitted.

The manufacturing method of the bracelet 300 for accessories may include fixing the central part with a fixing member so that the central part is wrinkled. In this case, the left part 310 and the right part 320 of the accessory bracelet 300 may be shaped in a butterfly shape by fixing the central part of the base to be wrinkled with a fixing member. Additionally, the method of manufacturing the bracelet 300 for accessories may include winding at least a portion of the fixing member with the first decorative member. The central portion, the fixing member, and the first decorative member will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 4 .

A pattern 330 may be engraved on a portion of the bracelet 300 for accessories. The pattern 330 may be engraved in various forms for the aesthetic feeling of the accessory bracelet 300 . For example, the pattern 330 may be a logo of a company that manufactured the accessory bracelet 300 or the name of a butterfly shaped as a bracelet. The step of engraving the pattern 330 on the bracelet 300 for accessories may be before or after the step of fixing the central portion of the base with a fixing member. In one embodiment, the method of engraving the pattern 330 may be performed by digging up a base using an engraving tool or attaching an auxiliary material to the base.

The method of manufacturing the bracelet 300 for accessories may include attaching the second decorative member 340 to the first decorative member. In this case, the step of attaching the second decorative member 340 to the first decorative member may include disposing the second decorative member 340 to cover the first decorative member from one side of the base.

The second decorative member 340 may correspond to an object for decorating the bracelet 300 for accessories. In one embodiment, the object (objet) may be any one of a plurality of sculptures or a combination thereof. For example, it may be at least one of jewelry, metal, wood, fabric, rubber, and leather, or a combination thereof.

The manufacturing method of the bracelet 300 for accessories may include attaching the fastening member 380 to the base. In one embodiment, the fastening member 380 may include a salt ledge (button stud). In this case, the strap part 350 may be fixed to the base by inserting the salt ledge into any one of the plurality of fixing holes 360 and 370 formed in the strap part 350 . Although the above-described fastening member 380 has been described as a salt ledge, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the fastening member 380 may be a magnet dot, a ring dot, or Velcro. The accessory bracelet 300 may be worn on the wrist through the fastening member 380 .

4 is a rear view of the bracelet 300 for accessories according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In FIG. 4 , a description of the configuration corresponding to the configuration shown in FIG. 3 will be omitted.

The manufacturing method of the bracelet 300 for accessories includes the steps of fixing the central portion 410 with a fixing member (not shown) so that the central portion 410 is wrinkled, and at least a portion of the fixing member as a first decorative member 420 . It may include a winding step. Specifically, the fixing member may be wound and finished with the first decorative member 420 for an aesthetic effect. In one embodiment, the first decorative member 420 may be made of a leather material, but is not limited thereto. For example, the first decorative member 420 may be at least one of metal, wood, fabric, rubber, and leather, or a combination thereof.

5 is a front view of an accessory bracelet 300 worn on a wrist 510 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The accessory bracelet 300 shown in FIG. 5 may correspond to the accessory bracelet 300 of FIG. 3 . In one embodiment, the accessory bracelet 300 may be worn on the wrist 510 . In another embodiment, the accessory bracelet 300 may be worn over a sleeve of clothing located near the wrist.

6 is a rear view of an accessory bracelet 300 worn on a wrist 510 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Each of the accessory bracelet 300 and its configuration shown in FIG. 6 may correspond to the accessory bracelet 300 and its configuration of FIG. 3 .

As shown in FIG. 6 , the bracelet 300 for accessories may be worn on the wrist 510 using a fastening member 380 . Specifically, after passing the strap part 350 formed on one side of the bracelet 300 through the through hole 390 formed on the other side of the bracelet 300 , the plurality of fixing holes 360 and 370 formed in the strap part 350 . ) by inserting the fastening member 380 in any one of the bracelet 300 can be worn on the wrist (510). A method for manufacturing an accessory bracelet, comprising:
preparing a base;
fixing at least a portion of the base with a fixing member so that at least a portion of the base is crimped;
winding at least a portion of the fixing member with a first decorative member;
attaching a second decorative member to the first decorative member;
attaching a fastening member to the base; and
